There is a Lidl Mall directly opposite the hotel, and also a couple of bus stops withing 3 - 5 minutes of walking distance. Quite convenient and accessible.

1.Provision of air conditioning should be looked onto.
2. Look into the possibility of providing ramps alongside staircases outside the lifts. This will help people with heavy suitcases.

First time booking at this hotel as recently acquired a business in the area, booked one night but had to re-arrange a business meeting less than an hour after booking, tried to change the date only to be told there was a £133 penalty charge on top of the £160 paid?!? No help from Expedia or hotel so will look elsewhere in the area from now on and through a different booking site

For a very expensive hotel, i was surprised that you had to pay for parking on top. Then the person serving was not botbered and said you want the room or not. Then the room was ok, unsafe plug by the bed. Table in the way oth otber plugs, the bathroom shower door leaked water all over the floor by a massive gap. This then causes me to slip getting out of the shower. For being Marriot and £129 plus parking i was not impressed.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay for us, this started from the point of check in, which seemed to take forever, they tried to charge my card with a £50 room service fee, to which I questioned later on that evening as I requested room service and it was not available.
We booked a suite which was located on the 2nd floor right next to lift lobby, so we had the constant noise of people coming and going, the room is also located on the corner that is next to the busy roundabout, so we had constant noise from that as well.
When we got to out room there was a table outside that had someone's room clearance bottles and food, this was still there the next day when we left.
The room itself was OK but the furniture looked very tired.
We were also disappointed to be charged for parking at the hotel, I can't understand why hotels feel it's necessary to do this if you're a guest there.

On edge of town centre so easy to walk to shops, cinema etc. Easy to get to 02 Arena/ north Greenwich by bus. Hotel good. By road so convenient but some traffic noise. Couldn't see heating or air con controls so not sure about heating system but overall good stay. Didn't eat there.
