I had a 2 night stay with a friend whilst attending a funeral locally. The room was clean and tidy and good sized.
we had a meal in the restaurant with other fiends (8of us). Most of us had a good experience. But 3 had an issue with the steaks ordered. They found them to be a little tough to eat. The others all enjoyed what they had ordered.
The stay was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. There was ample parking,

This is the second time to have stayed at this hotel. Bizarrely enough the last time I wasn't disabled 😁
This time sadly I am. However it didn't spoil the trip. Staff were great, room was clean and presentable.
I didn't attempt the shower as the last time I tried a shower in my current style of spasticity I hit the floor. However I'm sure it would suit someone who is used to their disability...
Food was lovely, but pricey but still good food. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!

Clean enough. I checked in on a dark January evening and the corridor lights weren’t on. Had to use my phone torch to identify my room. Importantly the room was like a fridge. Heating wasn’t heat up before the 2 hour switch turned it back off. It looks lovely but the cold wasted my night.

A bit disappointed, we have stayed at other Q hotels before and compared to thoae this one felt a but cramped, dated and run down. Food was OK but for the price we paid it all felt a bit meh.

The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were amazing and very good with the children - the meals were worth the money!
Our room was immaculate! The facilities were fab.
Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... They still charged me the £5 tray fee, which I thought they could have waivered due to the phone not working. But, they were very helpful and friendly

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Made the mistake of booking a family room for the extra space, but which was then a little noisy, with family groups in and out of neighbouring rooms. Overall the room seemed basic for the price and some minor details contributed to this impression, such as no smart TV and 2 tea bags & 2 tiny biscuits (at Christmas).

Hotel is big clean. User-friendly with all the amenities. Room was spacious and clean. However, I found the choice of pillows was really poor. Both pillows were really soft and didn't provide much neck support.

Very thin duvet cover, no glasses in bathroom and shortage of toilet extras (cotton wool etc) frames and shelves around bathroom mirrors flaking and need re lacquering
Breakfast was very poor self service and had not been replaced fried eggs solid bacon had hair on it and sausage dried up and everything Luke warm unable to eat took everything back to Vicky who returned it to the kitchen didn’t fancy anything else and put a complaint to restaurant manager Tracy .
Shame previous stay a couple months earlier had been very good hence return
Will be writing directly to the hotel to voice my displeasure

I stay in a lot of hotels for various price brackets and this what’s by far the least amount of hotel for the most money
Nearly £160 a night room only for the smallest tightest of rooms with the most basic of set up was quite disappointing, the food was basic mostly frozen items reheated
The service team where trying their best and where lovely but the main guy with the waistcoat was miserable, left tip on the receipt on a £37.68 meal , crossed out the amount and wrote £45 and the guy looks at at and says you're supposed to but the difference not a total, I said well it’s 45 total the rest is too and then gave it back for me to do the maths
I changed it back to 37.68 and left nothing
