Young lady at reception was very welcoming. Professional and friendly. The room check text is a really nice touch. Room was spotlessly clean, as was the restaurant. Would definately stay again.

Very inconvenient that the taxi booked by the reception (which they had written on a big note that they offered) only took cash, and didn't say so until the end of the trip. Otherwise all good.

The building across the road is in need of renovation but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The bed was squeaky.
I was woken in the night and the morning by the lift. Our room was right next to the life. I mentioned it to the receptionist on the way put and she said ah ok. Well actually it wasnt ok. Never staying there again.

First time here at Sheffield always go to the one in Edinburgh absolutely perfect service as soon as you enter the hotel…friendly welcome & helpful staff.
The hotel is clean & the room is comfortable & had a great night sleep.
Breakfast had plenty of choices to suit everyone.
Will come back thank you
