I highly recommend this hotel, especially for fellow Americans who are used to bigger rooms and bigger beds. This hotel seemed fairly new, clean and everything was perfect. The prices could not be beat and they are within walking distance of 3 major train stations and the tube.

The hotel is located strategically near all visiting places in London , it is easy to commute around the city including airports Staff in the hotel are very friendly we had best experience in services in dining with Anil and team also Shivam and Team helped on front desk and guiding us I strongly recommend this place for tourists Safe and quite Most of the staff in this hotel are very young their services are above and beyond

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for fellow Americans who are used to bigger rooms and bigger beds. This hotel seemed fairly new, clean and everything was perfect. The prices could not be beat and they are within walking distance of 3 major train stations and the tube.

Room was okay, and staff were courteous. But room was very noisy from streets. Propery management does not take any actions for those louitering in front of the hotel late night. Room had a signage to close an air vent on the window - which was placed too high to reach without ladder.

Wonderful stay and the staff was very accommodating when requesting a new room due to the sofa bed being unacceptable due to the springs being felt and with no support. I think the hotel needs to replace the bad ones ASAP as it is unacceptable for a 3rd person to have to sleep on very thin, unsupported spring mattress. Especially since we book for a weeks stay. But like I said, the staff was very accommodating meeting our request to switch rooms. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was by far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. They were doing construction on the floor above mine and I had no control over the heat The heat was so intense I found it difficult to sleep. Also the water was shut off the second day I was there because of the work. It was horribly overpriced and I was so glad to check out.

Offered a complimentary upgraded room for us on arrival. Room spotless, large comfortable bed, fridge, lovely toiletries in bathroom, tea, coffee, still & sparkling water and milk provided. We were on the top floor, very quiet at night so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast excellent in a very large room, good range of hot and cold options. Easy and fast check out. Underground parking under the hotel was £27 expensive but we have seen other hotels in London with extortionate prices so we were happy to pay. Only criticism was some areas of the car park were quite old and tatty but there were lots of spaces to park.

Na een tussenstop in Windsor opnieuw naar dit hotel geweest, ditmaal een kleinere en (nog) oudere kamer. Kinderbed was vergeten, snel opgelost en ook de handdoeken waren vergeten maar ook dit was weer snel opgelost. De locatie is prima, het personeel is heel vriendelijk, restaurant is goed maar de kamers zijn echt overpriced tot de renovatie achter de rug is.

2025 aug. 13 The drilling noise level in the morning is 98db , 90db, then 80+db measured by iPhone app, in the room. Ihg feedback likely: we informed you we do renovation you should know that. Isn’t 90db hurt peoples health? Hotel didn’t told us the room air condition was broken until we complained it at the last day. The London temperature was 25C to 32C. Solution from ihg by now: ihg would compensate 5000ihg points and I told them to remove those 5000 points and provide a reason.

I was so disappointed. I've stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns in the past and was always happy with my stay. However, I found the lobby stuffy and unenviting. We ordered ice cream for dessert and for the ridiculously high price, the quality of the ice cream was poor. I was surprised that this location did not offer "free breakfast". I will not recommend this location.
