Near to Underground, very convenient.

The location was convenient, near Russel Square Underground. There was a shopping centre nearby where we could buy necessities from supermarkets and pharmacies.

overall is good...except the pillow is too soft....

Overall is good. The shower curtain is a joke. It's too short and it's not wide enough. It fell off easily. Prepare to have a wet floor after shower.

it's good depends on how much you are paying. the price changes a lot.

location is good, i like the area in russell square as one of my classmate stayed here long time ago. the room is okay but just the sound insulation is not being satisfied and the pressure of the shower is a bit low. However, nightmare began on the first of my five nights staying. The room was stuffy and didn't know why until my mother in the next room claimed that her room is comfy with a nice temperature. we then went down to the reception the next morning and asked for checking out the air con. However, the lady was a bit rude and seems she thought we didnt know how to turn on the air con? she claimed that she would find someone to check on it but sadly we found out she didnt when we went back at late night. we then went to reception again and met the gentleman which helped us to check in and he immediately helped us to tell the manager and surprisingly the manager can just help us to fix it inside the control room at once and it seems we experienced quite differently with the staff in the morning. thank you for the gentleman but I encourage hotel to train your staff to be helpful and polite to guests. I will give this hotel another try as I like the area much, hopefully next time will be a nice stay!

房間的隔聲不太好

Good location, near underground station, has several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is nice to find the greeting notes from hotel staff. However, there is no fridge in the room which I would expect, especially it is summer. Besides, the room size is smaller than other hotels of comparable price which I have stayed.

Room too small and hardware a little bit old and the services is generally acceptable

It will be perfect If there are an ice maker in each floor.

Room was okay, and staff were courteous. But room was very noisy from streets. Propery management does not take any actions for those louitering in front of the hotel late night. Room had a signage to close an air vent on the window - which was placed too high to reach without ladder.
