Ice conveniently located hotel with nearby parking and short walk into the city centre for bars and restaurants. Nice reception when registering and complimentary drink. Peter this morning on reception was very helpful and friendly and a nice start to the day

The tea cup is really dirty - full of dust. Same as the bedside light. The top where the button is at have dust all over it. The rest of the room is in good condition. Well design room and building.

Great hotel at a great price. Lovely staff. Everything that you need in a city hotel was available. Lack of free parking was the only downside as the nearby private car park was expensive.

overall,the stay at learnardo hotel was a comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making for a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly.
However, I did find that the breakfast options left something to be desired. While the quality of the food was good, the variety was quite limited and found sime of the items over before the stipulated breakfast time closure. It would be great to see more options available to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
Despite this, I would still higly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent service. A small improvement in the breakfast menu would certainly enhance the overall experience.

As soon as we entered the reception had a very pleasant perfume, the service was very fast, organised and to have someone speaking our language (Portugues), made us feel welcome for sure.
The room was spotless, organized and warm.
Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, a wide variety of items and everything delicious.
I highly recommend it and want to go back.
Our family loves The Balloon Fiesta and we go every year, we always stay to enjoy Sunday in Bristol, I hope to have the opportunity to host again.

The Leonardo Hotel is a well situated, comfortable, modern hotel, but what really makes it standout, is the warmth and hospitality of its staff. They are unfailingly friendly and welcoming. Andrea in particular is a wonder! I travel constantly with my work to several countries each month and I’ve never met a friendlier, more fun and kind host in my life!
