We loved our stay at this remarkable hotel. I would suggest it to everybody thats looking for a inexpensive and good stay in the heart of london. The owner is very nice and courteous. He was giving us good recommendations for food and the overall experience in this amazing city.

Die Rezeption war immer besetzt, das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Unser 4 Personen Zimmer war leider im Keller, sehr muffig, viel zu klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Die Lage nahe am Paddington Bahnhof und viele nette Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung waren positiv.

They aren't giving the key of the front door, but they have a "24h reception" service. If they're not falling too much deep asleep on your late returns, you may be lucky and they'll open you the door. We weren't lucky and the night of the 25th of December we ringed the bell 40 minutes and then we decided to search for an other hotel in the area for the overnight. They said they're sorry for the inconvenience, but never refunded us the night as we asked. We will complain further trough Expedia.
By the way, the Hotel we had been was 64 a night for a fully-featured hote, and this one took 78 for a badly organized room. Check the other hotels in the same area, I had the feeling that we've been in the worse one by observing the others services, quality and price.

Very decent budget accommodation. I wasn’t happy about the large amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling, but I was happy about how quickly the staff got someone in to clean it after I told them about it. The room itself was very small but clean, warm, and safe-feeling.

It is a small hotel in an area with similar small hotels which offers a basic room with a bathroom for a very decent price. The rooms are small but if you just need a place to stay for the night and to wash up in-it works just fine.

It seriously needed a complete renovation.
Carpet in my room is dirty and has stains on it.
Pillow a bit hard, and very squeaky bed and floor!
Very tiny shower area in toilet only just managed to fit in and drain is partially clogged and very slow to drain, i thought it would overflow while i was having a shower and flood the whole toilet thus i kept turning the water on and off while having a shower.
The only plus point was the staffs were really helpful.
Will not stay there ever again!!!

I want to say I will not recommend this "Hotel" to people for four reasons:
1. The room is cold at night because the heating is off overnight.
2. Basic washing items such as shower gel and shampoo are not provided for customers at the Hotel level.
3. The main door of the hotel is controlled by the hands of the hotel staff (owner) so every time the customer can not enter without his permission.
4. The staff (owner) was not polite and shouted at me "Why only you" when I needed him to open the main door as the remote control was out of work.

Muy buena ubicación del hostal, con paradas de bus a unos metros de la estancia y bocas de metro a unos 5-7 min. Las camas son justas para una persona de 1,80m y la limpieza es justa dentro de lo aceptable. La calefacción la encienden por la noche, se agradece. No hay cortinas opacas para la luz solar, cosa que mejoraria para que fuera del todo comodo.
