The staff are a credit to the hotel. I found them helpful and friendly.
Our room was upgraded to the president suite room 128 i would highly recommend for families. Even though the room was a little dated it was clean and tidy. Have already rebooked for our next break

The hotel was good. The staff was so polite and friendly dinner and breakfast those food to feed two hotels lots of choice. The only one thing I would say for dinner they had no juice for children you had to pay for that so we had to give him water
The pipe in are room was hot but the radiator didn’t get hot.
The disabled toilet downstairs, the lock didn’t work
The night entertainment was good and entertaining and ;The made sure everybody was involved.

Room was awful. Huge rolled cobwebs around ceiling. Hotel information covered in stains and food debris. Window sils dirty with black and mus shaped due to water damage. Bathroom freezing as dbl glazed window is broken and doesnt vlose properly allowing West wind off coast in. Bed mattress had little support and duvet was stained and marked. Not wasting time going on. Corridors not cleaned and had debris left for 3 days i was there. AVOID. They want to charge you to park in their car park and the pool facilities you also have to pay for.

No food available when we arrived at 7.15
I was told we could order which i did but it never showed up. This was not the hotels fault.
Toilet was making noises which so.eone came to look at, we ended up moving rooms. The Man was lovely and did all he could. Service has been great.
The bed and pillows were very very hard!
No hot water in the room for a shower. Ran the water for 10mins and no hot water came out.
I paid for park before checking in and paid full price. It should be made clearer to pay at reception for people stopping to get the discount.

Room was warm and adequate. Beds comfy. Staff are helpful and pleasant. No soap in the dispenser, dust and fluff on the skirting boards. Evening meal was reasonable. Breakfast was dire! Never had a breakfast were everything in the plate tasted off. I think Norbreck cook with WD40. Even the milk tasted weird. And the tea bags taste like they contain sawdust. Would stay there again, but we will be in Wetherspoons for breakfast.
