Nice for quite weekend, food was exellent, plenty evening entertainment plus has a swimming pool.

Look, it’s completely run down in the rooms but it’s convenient, the entertainment was good, nice bar and has a swimming pool. I paid £35 for a night, you can stay absolutely NOWHERE for that price. My room was clean just outdated. No hairs or anything. The mattress was hard. People moan when paying this price is crazy

Reasonable for the price

Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM. Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable hairs. Room was tired, drawers broken, window handle broken, bathroom was dirty and stunk of drains whenever you used the sink. Blood stains on the wall, suspicious stains on the chair at the end of the bed........ When getting back approx 10:30pm we were greeted by 4 police vans outside the hotel, screaming and shouting late into the night - oh and I could hear everything the couple next door were up to. Real classy, doubt it was that good. Never again...

First glance at the hotel was a disappointment not what the pictures showed on Expedia looks run down. Was only staying for 1 night. Check in was fine nice and quick. Hall ways looked dirty like they hadn’t been hoovered in a week or so. Found a used tea bag on the window sill. The room was terrible stains on the carpets. Wall paper was peeling from the walls, damp in the room, holes in the bathroom walls. Asked to change rooms got to say staff members really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the different room was in a similar condition. And the hall way stunk of weed been smoked. Told the reception and nothing was done about it. Didn’t use much of the facility’s as I just wanted to get checked out and leave. Really not worth £176 a night

Only 1 problem i couldnt get the shower working, I would have asked the staff but I was only staying the 1 nightsi it wasnt a big problem

There a loads of negative reviews for this Hotel I have stayed here before a said never again but I gave it a try again and for the price point can’t really complain. Public areas have had a bit of an update but for the size of the hotel a full refurb it would be unviable. Room was basic but warm and clean where matters. This is a budget hotel and the price reflects it however it has reasonable facilities pool etc. staff good polite professional and friendly. Bar prices reasonable. Didn’t dine so can’t comment on food. Saturday evening entertainment nice it’s better than nothing. Overnight parking £3 reasonable. Sea view room upgrade recommended as some rooms have not the best outlook. Saturday night guests quite noisy attracts family suppose due to lower costs late night party people coming in etc but to be expected it’s Blackpool.

From the moment you see it you know its a dump. As soon as you open the door to reception you smell the musty damp smell. Its huge, needs knocking down & start again. Or better still turn it into a car park. Mould everywhere just needs a complete renovation. To think we paid money to stay there is scandalous.

Room was fine, nothing special but all I needed. Breakfast & dinner was as expected, reasonable choice if quite conventional but perfectly satisfactory. Some may not like the 'canteen style' dining but part of the hotel character. Amenities OK so decent value overall. Would stay again.

Lovely place but you can tell everything is very old fashioned, doesn’t really look up to date. But other than that’s it’s an okay place to stay with really nice staff.

I stayed in room 258 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was no heating in the room, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially as we were traveling with three children and my pregnant wife. Additionally, the room was not clean, which added to our frustration. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and because of these issues, I will not be returning to this hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your services for future guests.

Room never got cleaned, previous people who stopped in our room left a cup of water down the side of the bed, my wife couldn't use her oxygen machine as there were no plug sockets next to the bed the staff couldn't offer an extension lead and wasnt bothered about her situation

No heating whatsoever in winter, I had to buy my own heater. Walls had major rust lines from radiator, the food hall was the messiest area I’ve ever seen and I got woken up by people next door having an actual fight with arguments and screaming. Would not recommend
