All good after the longer than should be wait to get key card

Very large floor space, however easy to find way around.

Run down hotel but staff trying their best Breakfast was lifeless in a huge ballroom. No decent coffee just sachets and overall a poor experience

Had a lovely time, the staff were very helpful as I am disabled. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We will definitely be back going again.

Lovely hotel basic room but was all we need great staff and amazing entertainment team.

We recently stayed at the Norbreck Hotel in Blackpool and came away feeling pretty disappointed. To be fair, there are a couple of positives. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel has plenty of parking. The building itself is absolutely huge and has so much potential. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The exterior is tired and run-down, and while it's an impressive-looking building from a distance, it certainly doesn't give off a premium hotel feel. The inside is even more disappointing. For a hotel charging the prices it does, the standard of cleanliness and maintenance was nowhere near acceptable. Our room had mould and dirt around the windows, a broken drawer, a TV that didn't work, and the condiment tray had black mould inside it. The floorboards squeaked constantly, and the beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. My kids were excited about using the swimming pool, but after seeing the condition of the room, I wasn't comfortable letting them go. If the rooms are being maintained to that standard, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the cleanliness elsewhere. The whole place feels like it's been untouched for decades. It's outdated, worn out, and desperately in need of investment. That's a real shame because the hotel itself is enormous and could be something special with the right care and attention. We weren't expecting luxury, but we did expect a clean, well-maintained room.

The exterior and interior needs updating/refurbishment. But generally feel for the price it is a good hotel, room clean and bar area good with entertainment. I generally felt it was good deal and was suitable for what we needed, a cheap clean hotel.

Brilliant for families, plenty of room in the lounge and bar area. Reasonably priced food. Kids loved their stay. Great area, nice quiet, clean sandy beach opposite and amusements, shops and eateries a 5 mins walk.

The hotel is definitely tired but it met all our needs , it’s situated in a perfect location, right outside the tram stop Very clean Shower and bathroom, toilet very clean and working perfect Didn’t get to eat anything, but saw many folks tucking in their breakfast and dinners and all looked well You get what you pay for I would definitely recommend this place for a cheap and cheerful base when on holiday

The rooms where not clean the hallways was dirty the windows were dirty for a sea view room the pool was the only nice thing even though we had to pay everyday to use it was not worth it for the price we payed the noise from upstairs rooms and the kids runnning day and night down the corridors

Had to change room on arrival as there was no way of closing or locking bathroom door. Windowsills were rotten and the carpet and skirting boards needed a good clean. The staff changed the room with no issues. The second room was still not the cleanest but better than the first. Most of the amenities were out of action or changed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Family Room was very spacious , no toilet paper due to house keeping staff shortage informed through reception staff who supplied same mentioned . All staff we met appeared very polite and helpful . Buffet Breakfast was good with enough options available . Pool staff very helpful and areas well maintained and safe .

Bog standard hotel..family bar only takes card not cash..rooms okay but bed was clean..very old and needs a serious updating everywhere. Probably won't go again.

Please add bathing items in toilet

Look, it’s completely run down in the rooms but it’s convenient, the entertainment was good, nice bar and has a swimming pool. I paid £35 for a night, you can stay absolutely NOWHERE for that price. My room was clean just outdated. No hairs or anything. The mattress was hard. People moan when paying this price is crazy
