Park Inn by Radisson Manchester City Centre

Great location really nice hotel

The room was not fully made up on are arrival at approx 3-45pm. One bed was not made. Lack of robe in the room. No tissues in the Bathroom. The A/C was not working and the room was very hot. We contacted reception and they sent up a member of your team to make up the bed. We pointed out the problem of the A/C she contacted site maintenance. Eventually they contacted us to say they could not fix the system and offered to move us to interconnecting rooms. We eventually moved to after i explained that we needed to get ready before a show at the AO by 6-30pm. Reception brought us the room keys and we moved ourselves to an accessible room!!! and a connecting room. No robes in the room. We spoke to reception and they arranged for robes to be sent up. The accessible room was inappropriate for our needs. However, we needed to prepare and get to the AO Arena. On returning to the Hotel later that evening we realised that we only had single flat pillows in the one accessible room. It was late and we were tired. We utilised some of our clothes to increase the level of the pillows. The beds were very firm and we did not have a very good nights sleep. We were offered a 50% discount on our booking in compensation!! When ! checked the bill at checkout the reduction was not 50%. The receptionist explained that she will speak to the manager and get it corrected. I will need to check my bank to see if that has been completed. Staff tried but the whole experience was not good.

Good overall trip

Helpful friendly staff, lovely hotel. We were very happy with our room, comfy bed. The pool area was nice, clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for seeing a show at the AO arena or visiting central Manchester. Staff were friendly and helpful and there’s discounted parking at the citipark across the road.

The hotel was fine and the breakfast too. The drilling in the room started first thing in the morning and woke me up. I had a late night and was hoping to sleep longer.

Great hotel, very clean and efficient staff. In a central location. Good selection of items at breakfast. It is positioned near Victoria station and next to many local attractions.

Had a lovely stay with my partner for his 40th birthday. Hotel left a little card, chocolate, crisps and balloons for him which was very thoughtful. Staff were lovely, room was great and the spa was lovely. All in a great stay :)

Great, but the walls are a bit thin. Got woken up a lot.

Great stay. They gave us anti allergy pillows on request. Welcoming staff on reception. Good location for city centre visit.

Room was very good clean tidy coffee tea etc excellent iron n board tv 5 min walk to venue would recommend staying here if going to arena a reception area n staff only thing I could complain about need to go find them

Great stay

Hotels quite nice, unfortunatley our room was not the best. Booked a twin room, ended up with one bed but split them up but only had one duvet. Shower screen had been removed but not replaced, entire bathroom soaked when trying to get showered. Didnt have time to change room.
