Staybridge Suites Newcastle, an IHG Hotel

Central location with ample parking. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival. Check in was easy. Room was apportioned beautifully and extremely well equipped. Toiletries were lovely. Bed was comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. As there is a fridge in the room I’d prefer to see small, recycle able cartons of milk rather than single use sachets of milk.

Excellent Hotel, and would definitely book again, especially for the price. Booked 2 rooms and the only negative point would be that due to the rooms having a small kitchen area one of the rooms still had a very strong smell of curry lingering in the room from the previous occupant. This smell lingered throughout my stay.

Rooms are very spacious and lovely

We booked this one night as we were visiting the 'Northern lights' show .... it was a saturday night and you couldn't beat the price on any other hotel in newcastle for what you got. A beautiful suite with kitchenette, walk in shower, king bed, lounge area, 24 hour complimentary hot drinks & water downstairs and a beautiful continental breakfast!!! ..... this hotel totally excelled our expectations and wil DEFINITELY be back again. 😁

Great base for Newcastle, high quality room and location makes either Quayside or traditional city centre a 10/15m stroll. Breakfast included as a freebie was perfectly decent. Fully recommended.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Quayside. It is a 20 minute walk into the city. The rooms are very clean, as is the communal area. We have stayed here a number of times, the only thing letting it down this time was the poor quality breakfast. We did not bother after the first day and ate breakfast elsewhere.

We were really impressed with the Staybridge Suites. All the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was fabulous, with everything we needed and more, it was clean, warm and had a lovely view. The breakfasts were lovely, with lots of choice. We will definitely be staying there again when visiting our family in Newcastle. Thank

Nice hotel handy for city centre. Travelling as a family it was a welcome surprise to find that as a suite it had a separate bedroom from the living room. The onsite parking was convenient and secured. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a decent amount of choice.

Brilliant staff, Electric charging station available on site (6kw). The room was clean and convenient with small kitchenettes. Basic breakfast included.

Brilliant hotel with good size rooms including kitchens. Good size beds and some rooms with nice view over the Tyne.

Genuine welcome from the manager. Outstanding service. extremely comfortable beds and well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet room Wonderful breakfast with a large variety of options and abundant supply of all items. Social evenings three nights each week with free drinks and generous offerings of snacks, cheeses, breads, olives and fresh vegetables. Some might say that the location was a negative aspect of this hotel as it is away from many restaurants and shops, but if a guest has a car then this is not a problem. For those without a car, the Metro is a five minute walk away. On the plus side, the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood so a good night's sleep is almost assured, yet it is only a short walk down the hill to The Quayside. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Staybridge Suites Newcastle has to be one of the best in the Uk. Perfect location for getting around. Spotless. Breakfast delicious and the most super friendly and helpful staff i have come across. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting Newcastle.

Very modern and clean hotel, about 10 minutes walking from the hustle and bustle of city centre. Metro station nearby. Close to quay side as well. Comes well recommended.
