Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, accompagné jusqu'à notre chambre ce qui est rare de nos jours. Petit déjeuner authentique servi de 7h30 à 11h30 très pratique. Emplacement stratégique pour accéder facilement au métro avec la Northerline. Ambiance familiale très appréciée par mon fils et moi-même dans ce petit hôtel. Literie permettant de bien recharger les batteries, 4 nuits passées. Excellente expérience. Nous reprendrons cry hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour à Londres.

This is a great place to stay just south of the river. I walked to Parliament Square in 35 minutes but also near Nine Elms Tube. Its a classic pub with rooms. My Fontera room was warm, clean and cosy. Nice bathroom with spacious shower. The room was small but I have had smaller in London. Big TV in room and big screen sports downstairs in the nice pub. There was no real ale available though - handpumps fitted but no beer that night. Staff were exceptional, everyone extremely pleasant and helpful. An excellent choice at a reasonable price.

The room was incredibly small, the bed was really uncomfortable. The pillows were really lumpy. The walls are super thin, could hear the next room snore. Overall just was a really bad stay

Greeted and feted by the best staff I have ever come across. Only downside was the number of stairs to the room at the top but again the staff were so helpful and friendly. If you want a friendly helpful hotel and are looking for reasonably priced accommodation this is the place. Location is near the US embassy.

A very welcoming hotel with clean but basic rooms. Steep stairs to the rooms so not suitable for those with walking difficulties. A nice sports bar and decent pub grub is served including a hearty breakfast.

Great hotel, friendly service. Situated in a pub, which is very nice and welcoming! Even gave you a free drink on arrival and includes a decent breakfast! Highly recommended!

We had a great friendly welcome by Lauren the room was very clean and the food was excellent we would definitely recommend the hotel. It was as others have said very close to the American Embassy I would definitely stay there again.

As a late check in, although i did pop in earlier in the day to inform them of my late arrival, i was given a tiny room on the top floor, 9 flights of stairs, i am partially disabled, (knee and foot), i couldn't stay there again.

It was lovely, stairs a bit much for some older people but we couldnt fault it. Breakfast was lovely as well staff very nice and friendly. Thank you.

Tiny rooms, lots of cigarette smoke, no AC, inadequate fan, no air circulation without opening a window and then lots of smoke.

Good little place, convenient located if you have an appointment at the embassy. It's small and cozy, nothing less, nothing more. Some of the staff were helpful, friendly, entertaining and kind.

Very nice little hotel, shame my double bed was two singles pushed together! Also WiFi was unreliable, had to use phone as hotspot to get online.

Good location for US embassy.
