Hébergement sans ascenseur donc pas très pratique lorsqu'on est au dernier étage avec les valises.... Mauvaise luminosité dans la salle de bain et la chambre ce qui ne facilite pas pour les femmes comme moi qui souhaitent s'apprêter... Néanmoins, le personnel est très bien ! De plus l'hôtel est à quelques pas du centre commercial et de la station de métro.

I booked W12 Rooms because I needed somewhere to stay while working in London for 5 days.
It's in a great location on Shepherds Bush Green with lots of food options and with Westfield London a few minutes walk away, it's great for shopping etc too.
Lots of local amenities and great transport links.
Would book again if working in the Shepherds Bush area again.

What a great find! This small boutique hotel is beside an Underground Station (Shepherds Bush) and in front of Westfield London. It offers friendly service, a super clean room, and a very roomy bathroom with instant hot water. The room itself is compact, as one would expect for this location, but it had a storage cupboard, making it very practical. There are plenty of eating places nearby. It is easy to get into central London in 20 minutes. The only bad thing about the hotel is if you are a light sleeper, there is noise outside, although they do have double glazing, so it's really only loud sirens that come through. I slept peacefully. Highly recommend this place.

Really loved staying there, the shepherd's Bush underground was right next door and Westfield mall was just a few steps away with tons of food options and endless shopping. The staff was constantly smiling, so polite and helpful, I've never had such a good experience with a hotel before, 100% recommend.

Hôtel proche d’une station de métro sur la ligne centrale.
Néanmoins de nombreux points sont inacceptables pour un hôtel:
- les draps housse étaient recouverts de taches, de même que les protège oreillers et la tête de lit (voir photos)
- l hôtel manque énormément d’insonorisation avec la rue. Il était impossible de dormir avec le bruit incessant du trafic (bus, voitures qui accélèrent, ambulances ) et les vibrations du métro… il y avait même un concert de rap dans la rue. Si vous êtes un minimum sensible au bruit, évitez cet hôtel !!
Même si le personnel a fait ce qu’il pouvait pour trouver une autre chambre plus propre, le bruit était toujours omniprésent…

Väldigt fräscht och fint, sköna sängar och tillräckligt med kuddar. Över förväntan! Vi bodde på våning två och man får ta i beaktande att det inte finns någon hiss. Oerhört lyhört utåt, dålig ljudisolering. Livat område med mycket sirener, ljud från tunnelbanan osv. Jag personligen har inga större problem med ljud, men har man det bör man ta det i beaktande också. Läget är för övrigt KANON, tunnelbanan ligger bara runt hörnet, Westfield mall en KORT promenad bort och många restauranger och matbutiker i närheten. Prisvärt och bra alternativ om man kan stå ut med trapporna och ljuden utifrån.

Cerca del hotel hay un metro y varias estaciones de autobús, hay una plaza con primark, uniqlo etc justo atrás también y en frente un par de supermercados en lo personal me pareció buena opción aún cuando es una calle concurrida no me pareció que hubiera demasiado ruido o me sentí inseguro

They would not consider my change of travel plans, meaning I paid 4 nights for a 2 night stay, even if there is a policy in place, there was enough time to accept my change of dates. Many hotels go outside of policy for seasoned travellers. I paid for something I did not use essentially.

I've always stayed at the W12 rooms since 2018. Lovely rooms, friendly staff. Its right beside Shepherds Bush underground station on the Central Line so handy for anywhere in London and you've London Overground station across the road and Westfield shopping centre behind you!

The hotel is in a good location next to the tube and shopping centre, this does mean it’s in a busy/ noisy location (think traffic noise, sirens etc), but I didn’t have a problem with this.
Reception staff were friendly. Room was expected cleanliness and comfort for price paid.I would have liked to have had a chair in the room so I could use the desk.
My issue was the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything in the room above and next door. The other occupants weren’t antisocial but I could hear bags being zipped, walking around, coughing teeth being brushed etc. for this reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
