Excellent location for historical district and tram. Very small but efficient room. Very noisy on street side. Tough stairs for less than hardy climbers.

Excellent emplacement et chambre propre et charmant. Surtout l’équipes d’accueil sont très gentils et chaleureux.
Ils nous ont passé notre chambre beaucoup plus tôt. Nous avons oublié une chose dans la chambre, mais ils ont gardé pour nous et renvoyé très vite. J’apprécie beaucoup son gentil et super service.
Nous étions très contentes de rester cet hôtel et nous souhaitons retourner ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Location, they say, is everything. If so, this hotel is the place to be. And the staff is tremendous. The room was small and a bit outdated but ask yourself why you’re there. Are you moving in and making it home or do you just need a place to sleep at night? I recommend

Suite à notre réservation sur internet, nous avons eu l'info d'un parking disponible a 500m de l'hôtel, nous le cherchons encore.
La chambre est vétuste, la salle de bain vieillotte, le pommeau de douche ne tenais pas en place, la douche avait de la rouille. Le distributeur de papier toilette était bien trop petit par rapport au rouleau, peu pratique.
La moquette était plus ou moins propre avec des taches.
Des fenêtres en bois pour un hôtel "écolo", donc non isolés, c'est dommage.
Les chambres ne sont pas isolés entre elles (plancher bois), nous pouvions discuter à travers le mur.
A partir de l'entrée, il est impératif de monter un 1er étage avant d'accéder à l'ascenseur. Donc impossible si vous êtes handicapé.
Le bouquet final, 1h d'attente pour le petit déjeuner car trop peu de place pour le nombre total de chambre. Pour finir, 50€ pour le parking que nous avons découvert en arrivant.

The room was very small, no safe, or fridge. Peeling paint on walls, average bathroom decor and noise from street with window shut was still loud. Luggage was difficult to get into room with significant steps from the lift. No plug sockets on one side of the bed. Only 4 hangars supplied for 2 people was not enough for a 3 night stay especially with limited room to open & store suitcases.

Very convenient for central Bordeaux, breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice. Everything lovely and clean, bedding wonderful - but it could do with a bit of redecoration, some areas looking tired and in need of painting. Parking €35 for two nights as special deal with hotel. All in all, excellent value.

Be aware if climbing stairs is an issue. Elevator has limited reach and some stair climbing will be required. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was good value for the extra charge
