Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer hatte aber viele Flecken, das Wasser im Lavabo floss nicht richtig ab und der Kaffee zum Frühstück war ungeniessbar. Das Frühstück insgesamt war aber gut.

中央駅からのアクセス、主要観光名所が徒歩圏内と立地は非常に良いです。 スタッフの方も親切です。ティーポットもあり水はペットボトルの水を買う必要がなくロビーの給水器から汲み放題なので助かりました。ティーバッグはKusumi teaです。 残念な点。外観やロビーはモダンな内装ですが建物が古いため部屋のトイレと洗面はあまり快適とは言えません。洗面所の水がとても臭いのです。シャワー自体は使いやすいのですが水圧が非常に低いため髪の毛が洗いづらいです。 4月に宿泊しましたがエアコン稼働が5月以降との事だったので夜は部屋が暑く寝苦しかったです。 朝食は普通。総合的には良かったので短期滞在向けかなと思います。

Everything was excellent and I would definitely choose a Novotel in the future.

While I thought I was booking a hotel in a quiet area I was extremely disappointed!! It’s NOT in a quiet area. It’s adjacent to a shopping mall…. A very busy mall. We arrived on a Saturday. The hotel advertised parking. It’s not just for the hotel. It’s for the public. We had to park 1/2 mile away. Just even I though it couldn’t get any worse it did! There is a nightclub at street level below the hotel. The noise was extremely loud and we were on the 8th floor. Several dozen people were outside yelling and laughing until FIVE AM!!! We did not sleep much! The only positive from this experience was the room was very nice.

Hotel com ótima localização. Faz parte da estrutura de um shopping.Piscina térmica, sauna, academia. Equipe atenciosa. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Próximo ao metrô.

Bon accueil à notre arrivée. Par contre la chambre était poussiéreuse et les prises usb ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain pour y brancher un lisseur mesdames mais uniquement pour pouvoir brancher un rasoir messieurs. Nous l’avons signalé pour les prises usb et on nous a répondu « je prend note » … Côté petit déjeuner; très varié et complet. Très bon sauf les fruits! Par contre la personne qui débarrasse et remet en place les tables n’était pas agréable du tout…..soupir lorsqu’on lui a demandé un verre pour prendre un thé puisque c’est un seul par personne et que j’avais déjà pris un café…. De plus très bruyante pour débarrasser, heureusement que la vaisselle est de bonne qualité sinon la casse n’est pas loin. Le personnel du bar est lui très souriant et aimable. Une nuit et heureusement. Nous ne reviendrons plus.

中心地に近くて、飲食店も多く、値段も良心的で良かったです。 一点だけ、駐車場の費用はゲスト負担なのか最後まで不明でした。指定の駐車場に停めて、そのまま出てくれた言われましたが、36ユーロ取られました。駐車時間は36時間です。

Un grand lit complètement bancale et instable d'ou une première nuit exécrable. Après réclamation auprès de la réception le lit fut réparé pour la 2ème nuit, fort heureusement. Nous avions réservé une chanbre pour 2 personnes et nous avions 4 couchages dans la chambre ce qui en a reduit considérablement l'espace disponible.

Reception, staff, ground floor, restaurant, breakfast and breakfast area were all excellent. The upper floors and rooms were fine. Convenient location, it was exactly what we were looking for, for an overnight stay.

Notre chambre, comme la moitié des chambres donne sur une entrée/sortie de boite de nuit. La musique et le bruit des clients sont très génants pour dormir. Contacté à 3h du matin, le gardin n'a pas été en mesure de nous fournir de boules Quies. Le matin, nous avons fait part de nos soucis notcturne, la receptionniste nous a seulement dit que c'était domage que le gardien ne nous ait pas donné de boules Quies car ils en avaient, et que si nous avions des reclamations de voir cela avec Expedia...

Stayed to visit the Christmas Market as part of a longer holiday. Hotel location is great, reception area is excellent and breakfast was very good. Bedrooms are very tired and in need of redecorating. Bed not very comfortable.

Amei o hotel, ele é bem centralizado, moderno, tem espaço para crianças brincarem, tem bar incrivel, cafe sa manhã variado. Bons atendentes. Achei tudo prático nessa estadia.

Convenient location and kid friendly!

I would not recommend at all this property We arrived at the lobby inside the hotel to do the check in, we tried to modify the reservation to leave one day early and they did not help with that they said u have to change the reservation through expedia otherwise they cant change anything ( my booking was pay at the hotel) Having this discussion my husband turn to get the documents from the backpack and noticed the bag pack was missing. I told them to call the police, because we were robbed right there at the reception of the hotel doing the check in. The police arrived, we activated the apple tag and the find my iPad and we could track in real time the bag, 5 hours after the bag appeared with the documents, but no money ( we had a lot of cash in euros to pay for hotel trains etc), no iPad, no valuables. Hlwe had to go to the police station fill the report press charges etc. In all this time while we were dealing with this, the hotel never even offer a bottle of water, not even a snack to my daughter, not a discount, they just were saying is not the hotel responsibility. We were 4 people traveling my husband my daughter and my . mother. I spoke to a friend who is a lawyer and told me the hotel has responsibility from the moment you enter the common areas of the hotel, and they should have an insurance to respond for this events. They will listen from my lawyers. Don’t go to Strasbourg is not as the advertise it. And this hotel the worst of my life
