Muy buena ubicación, limpieza y el desayuno delicioso

The location is good to visit Strasbourg. The staff was very nice and they helped us with any our requests. The room was large with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The breakfast was great with a lot of food variety, and it was well organized.

Central location. Very good value. Ask for a room not facing the street as there is a nightclub outside and drunkards could be a bit noisy. Personally, I didn’t face that problem at all

Several issues. Parking lot for hotel not labeled for entrance. It was an Easter egg hunt to get to hotel checkin. Parking lot reeked of urine. Room was smaller than what we booked. Room was supposed to have double bed and it was single bed with cot. When we complained they said this was all they had available. And wouldn’t change room. Toilet had a sewage smell omitting from it. Bed gave me a rash. Mattress was filthy and not cleaned. Staff was not rude but for sure not friendly, nice, understanding nor accommodating. Plus was tester aunt was good.

Room was clean and food was good. Front office team was very kind. But the hotel needs a decent upgrade in their toilets and sound proofing. We had very less sleep as we could hear the a baby crying, Loud TV, people speaking in one of the rooms and also noise from the street though we were on the 7th floor.

La habitación muy bien, limpia y confortable. La zona común de abajo superbien, espacio para que los niños jueguen.

El hotel se anuncia como si tuviera estacionamiento propio y no es así. Es muy difícil llegar en vehículo propio.

Horrible , la chambre : une odeur nauséabonde , les voies d’accès ( ascenseur notamment) , le parking : l’horreur absolue : l’odeur horrible . Nous avons eu un événement le vendredi soir en famille et nous sommes rentrés assez tard ( 1h du matin ) : l’accès à l’hôtel fermé au niveau du parking c’est normal pour des mesures de sécurité , nous sonnons à l’interphone, une dame nous répond qu’elle arrive . Nous attendons avec notre enfant de 5 ans dans les bras dans une odeur nauséabonde, l’horreur absolue . La dame n’arrive pas du tout , nous sonnons encore une fois pour qu’elle nous ouvre et là elle nous ouvre sans un mot pas de mot d’excuses de nous avoir laissé attendre , de nous avoir oublié . Plus jamais je ne retournerai dans cet hôtel , il est bien beau de refaire le hall d’entrée pour embellir son image mais malheureusement nous ne dormons pas dans le hall d’entrée . La chambre , quoi dire , les remontée de canalisations l’horreur , le tapis tachée de partout , les joints de la salle de bain moisies . Les ascenseurs : pas digne du tt d’un 4 étoiles . Plutôt un monte charge , c’est quoi ces portes ( se referment sur nous , les portes usées . Très déçue !

Courteous staff. Well organised. Central and convenient location. Excellent bar, breakfasts and delicious dinner! A strange smell in corridor. A blocked sink in room. So, rooms could do with an upgrade.

Un peu petite et pas très bien insonorisé

Very convenient location with a modern shopping mall attached to the hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. Will definitely return for our next trip to Strasbourg.

The room was clean and well equipped. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff were great. Shower was nice. A few small issues such as a rather cramped counter space in the bathroom. But really a great property. It's attached to an adjacent mall providing easy access to just about anything.

Zimmer in einem guten Zustand, Toilette sehr klein und separat vom Bad, Abfluss im Bad roch stark, Dusche gut.
