The rooms were clean and the staff was exceptional. After a hectic day in the city it was a great place to relax and recharge comfortably. They had everything my family and I needed. The bar in lobby with entertainment was a great way to relax after a hectic day. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old. Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark. Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere.

The bedskirt did not fit, it was short and revealed a torn and unkempt bed base. Quite off putting. The carpets looked good, but not clean. The shower handle that runs hot and cold fell out.. despite their attempts to fix it, it fell out again the curtains kept trailing off and had to be fixed. All this in a span and f 5 days. Not once was I asked to move to a different room to salvage the experience. On the other had the staff was mostly kind; especially the guards at the front. Avinash at the hair salon was lovely to work with - high level of emotional intelligence. I enjoyed the daily breakfast and live instrumental music, very soothing.

We stayed at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, for six nights to celebrate my mother’s upcoming 75th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Arya at check-in was superb, warm, and welcoming. As the room we’d booked wasn’t available, he upgraded us to a Club Room, which was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-maintained throughout our stay. The Club Lounge was also exceptional, with great food and service, and the staff ensured we were happy at all times. The hotel even arranged a birthday cake, which was a very kind touch. Anil from housekeeping on the 22nd floor did a phenomenal job; he kept our room in pristine condition and went beyond expectations, always checking in to see if we needed anything. From start to finish, it was seamless. On any future visit to Mumbai, we’ll definitely stay at Taj Lands End again.

The rooms were clean and the staff was exceptional. After a hectic day in the city it was a great place to relax and recharge comfortably. They had everything my family and I needed. The bar in lobby with entertainment was a great way to relax after a hectic day. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, for six nights to celebrate my mother’s upcoming 75th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Arya at check-in was superb, warm, and welcoming. As the room we’d booked wasn’t available, he upgraded us to a Club Room, which was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-maintained throughout our stay. The Club Lounge was also exceptional, with great food and service, and the staff ensured we were happy at all times. The hotel even arranged a birthday cake, which was a very kind touch. Anil from housekeeping on the 22nd floor did a phenomenal job; he kept our room in pristine condition and went beyond expectations, always checking in to see if we needed anything. From start to finish, it was seamless. On any future visit to Mumbai, we’ll definitely stay at Taj Lands End again.

The room is in poor condition. The sofa upholstery was torn. The AC did not cool till 2:00 a.m. The control centre did not operate properly.

We had a wonderful time at Taj lands End!! We spend the republic day weekend there, and it was just perfect. Amazing service from the start, smooth check-in and a very warm welcome. Perfect surroundings, everything was clean and comfortable! The wellness circle and gym was great. And the breakfast was outstanding, still thinking about it. An extra thank you to Rikita, who made our stay extra special! Would love to go back
