good hotel to recommend for stay in Mumbai

酒店有些年份，保养的还不错，服务也达到应有的水准。住这里距离机场车程20-30分钟，距离印度门那边的游览区视交通情况一小时车程。酒店有几个餐厅，其中一个是中餐厅，可惜午餐和晚餐开始时间都比较晚，中餐厅味道不错有中国厨师下厨，价格不便宜但是还可以接受。

Outstanding hotel located in Bandra, a fantastic vibrant safe part of Mumbai.

Bad experience . Room was not clean for 2 time . After complaining they told us this property and the glass we have is dated to 2003 manager told me when they purchased the property 2003 never upgrade rooms . Paid top dollar . Then I can pay $1100 Indian rupe pernight to have clean room .

An amazing stay at a beautiful part of Bombay. The staff are extremely kind and courteous. They made it a stay to remember. They all deserve raises.

Everything was at its best.They also gave me a better room as per my wish. Staff is very effecient & courtious, very helpful and undrstanding. Food is excellent.

This is our 2nd stay at Taj Lands. It’s become our favourite hotel. The hotel is buzzing with activity with friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent

The hotel is OK. Not a five star level. They are not flexible with anything. They promised early checkin if rooms are available but at checkin they asked us to pay full room rate. General service is good but the hotel is very crowded and we had to ask for service at breakfast. Lobby was crowded most of the time. Rooms were good. General management of hotel for events and catering is fine but they provide vendor list which did not seem trustworthy and expensive.

Loved, loved, loved our stay. Everything was just perfect.

This is a poor man’s five star hotel. At best 3 star hotel. It is crowded at reception desk. People are yelling on hotel staff as rooms are usually not ready when promised. The breakfast is busy with some service. Staff is helpful and efficient but not enough for number of guests at the restaurant. Feel sorry for the staff as they are constantly running around to keep guests happy. Management does not know how to handle the hotel. I would not recommend staying there. Find a decent 3 star hotel instead. These guys charge a lot of money and try to extract more from you on every step of the way

I stayed here for 3 nights just one week before Christmas and I was stunned by how beautiful the festive decorations were in the lobby area. The hotel itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the food at the 3 restaurants is excellent. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour at the Club Lounge was also excellent. The staff were efficient, courteous and always smiling. I would highly recommend this hotel.
