Ho già soggiornato in questo hotel trovandomi sempre molto bene, proprio come questa volta. Pulito,silenzioso, eccellente colazione . Personale ( sia addetti alla reception sia quelli al servizio di colazione estremamente) gentile ed efficiente. Consiglio questo hotel a tutti. Aggiungo: posizione centralissima.

A lot of character to this place, very clean. Front desk staff was awesome and helpful breakfast was great
Two things it needs is a gym and a clothes iron for guests
I arrived with some wrinkled shirts from being in my suitcase so I asked the receptionist for an iron. They don’t have one but she did find some poorly working steamer that didn’t take those wrinkles out. So I went out and purchased one from a local store for 30 euros and when I checked out I left it with the desk for future guests
Come on though, I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have an iron and ironing board and usually in every room.
Aside from that small complaint which isn’t terrible, I really liked the property and my stay

Ottimo hotel per pulizia, gentilezza del personale, comfort delle camere, posizione centrale, eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per ogni tipo di viaggio offre, grazie alla sua posizione la possibilità di visitare Cuneo ( cittadina che vale la pena visitare) nelle sue zone più interessanti.

E' una struttura dove pernotto sempre molto volentieri. Stavolta però sono rimasto sorpreso, nel non trovare, nella camera che mi avevano riservato, una presa di corrente appena sopra al comodino. E' consuetudine, ormai, tenere in carica il telefono durante la notte.

The bathroom set up was the worth I've ever saw!!!
You can stand on the toilets beecause you have the shower window/door in your legs, I'm 1.84m, I know the bidet is mandatory in Italy but look in Japan they have special wahing toilets.
There is no place to put your personal bathroom products, only place place avaible is up the toilets.
Reception staff was very nice & helpfull, near of center for shoping, bars & restaurants.
