Sempre un’ottima soluzione. Unica pecca il servizio navetta per Linate, è’ indispensabile (30 € di taxi e’ tanto)

Stay wasn’t brilliant, couldn’t sleep as thr couple next door was having intercourse at 2am in the morning, the walls are thin so can hear everything Sunday morning buffet breakfast as just cold so didn’t eat. It cost me €18 for which they offered me Monday breakfast for free

La salida de la habitación es a las 11 y la señora de limpieza me empezó a tocar el cuarto desde las 9am que quería limpiar ya la habitación. Estuvo tocando cada media hora.

Ho prenotato una suite, che si è rivelata spaziosa, bagno pulito e letto comodo; peccato per il personale non sempre molto gentile, sia alla reception che nella sala ristorante. In due giorni di soggiorno mi sono sentita dare più volte delle risposte piuttosto scortesi e nervose, a delle richieste normalissime ed educate, tipo se avessi potuto avere un caffè macchiato a fine cena o a che ora avrei potuto fare il check in della stanza. Al check out mi hanno addebitato per errore l'importo della camera che avevo già pagato alla prenotazione, e in questo caso, di fronte ad un loro errore, sono stati gentili e mi hanno promesso la risoluzione del problema in qualche giorno. Un riconoscimento particolare alla signorina Laura in turno durante le colazioni, estremamente gentile, attenta ai bisogni del cliente e molto efficiente.. Se tutto il resto del personale fosse altrettanto professionale, e all'altezza delle 4 stelle, sarebbe un albergo in cui consiglierei di pernottare.

Was in Milan for work purposes really good hotel shops and restaurants close by and easy link if airport is needed.

밀라노 중심에서 떨어져 있지만 숙소 자체는 매우 좋았습니다. 합리적인 가격에 깨끗하고 좋은 서비스를 경험할 수 있었고, 조식이 굉장히 훌륭했습니다. 가족 모두 조식 서비스를 만족했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하였고, 리셉션도 항상 친절하게 응대했습니다.

Great stuff good food

It was a nice hotel. Clean Outdated rooms. Definitely need to be updated alongside bathrooms too Breakfast was good. A bit more of a continental range would be better though Staff were great. Very friendly Train station 15 min walk away but otherwise nothing much local

We had requested handicap friendly room for a person who is wheelchair bound. We did not get it. It took 2 hours to check in. The staff must be tired so they were not very friendly. We had very high opinion about crown plaza but were disappointed. The hotel was overbooked.

The breakfast was delicious and they have different type of food which is good, the attention exceptional. But the room was not very clean that’s why I’m giving 4 stars.

Questo si che è un hotel a dovere. A parte mettere nelle stanze i cartelli del "non disturbare" e il "rifare la camera" che sono stupendi "sono fuori in missione" e "mi sto rilassando" solo per questo andrebbe a 5 stelle e non 4, poi camera spaziosa, e letto comodo. Consigliato assai. E poi il personale della colazione unico nel suo genere. Bravi davvero. Colazione con ampia scelta.

We loved this hotel for the restaurants and the service. It is outside of the city but for us, that was exactly what we wanted since we are at the end of an 18 day trip and needed a place to rest for a couple of days. The food at the hotel restaurant was so good we ate there both nights after exploring Milan and Lake Como.

Property is far from central Milan. Staff is friendly however the hotel is outdated.

The shower was broke for the two days. No access to water. Had to ask for towels for 4 adults staying everyday. Long wait to check in. Room wasn’t ready when arrived and we arrived over an hour after check in time. No market to buy drinks/snacks or a quick breakfast or lunch. Nothing within walking distance to eat at.
