Location, size of the room, cleanliness friendly staff are all the positives of this hotel. I did not really like the concept of having a wash basin in the room right next to the bed.

Hotellet ligger godt ift Milanos Metro og shuttlebusser til Milanos lufthavne. Vi har været i Milano mange gange, og vi bor altid i området omkring Milano Centrale, som mange her på siden skriver er utrygt. Det er jeg ikke enig i. Masser af søde mennesker, gode restauranter og det nemt at komme rundt i byen derfra. Dette hotel er okay i kvalitet og rengøring. Morgenmad på hotellet er dog alt for dyr ift. hvad man kan købe morgenmad til på caféer, så ingen grund til at bestille det.

Très belle chambre belle vue calme. Dommage pour le thé en chambre nous l’avons demandé mais nous n’avons pas eu les tasses …
Et également le petit déjeuner dommage de ne pas le préciser qui. Fallait réserver avant car sinon c’est 20e le pti dej par personne … sinon très bon séjour

Hotel em frente a estação central de Milão, quarto bem pequeno, cama e roupa de cama mais ou menos, box para tomar banho com apenas uma cortina, café da manhã bom com uma vista bonita. Funcionários gentis e o hotel oferece serviço de transfer para o aeroporto.

HD8 changed my reservation to Glam Hotel without proper explanation and without my consent. The room of Glam was not clean and the water drain in the shower was blocked. And I cannot believe Hotels.com allows this hotel change. This stay was the worst and the hotels, both HD8 and Glam, dont deserve 4 stats at all.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was great. The only minor inconvenience worth mentioning was that it could be a bit noisy at night, especially the sound of the water pipes and/or AC.
Personnel was kind and helpful. Great location near the Central station, meaning every location in Milan was easily accessible.
We would stay here again!

Fantastic hotel that is very close to Centrale and has good dining options around. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but the toilet can be a little cold in the winter. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

Das Hotelzimmer war klein aber fein. Die Sauberkeit war meiner Meinung nach nicht optimal. Als wir eincheckten, war die Dusche noch dreckig, das Zimmer ungelüftet und der Boden hatte noch an einigen Stellen Dreck. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut. Auch die Lage war gut.

HD8 hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the train station and subway to travel to other popular locations. The hotel was clean and modern, very minimalistic. The staff was very average, they did not provide poor service but it was the bare minimum. They did not provide information to make our stay better in comparison to other hotel staff. For example, they did not provide a map of the area, inform us how to reach the reception or guide us to a local store to get items since we're traveled from the US.

Stayed in the property few times but on this occasion it was awful. Small sink can’t even wash hands properly. No soap had to ask.
Leak, bed sheets never changed, no water provided. Didn’t give me even two pillows, one thin pillow. Upon request they said hotel is full and we are short of pillows.

Hotel is in a great location just minutes away from the central station. Only con was the shower would randomly go cold for a few seconds everytime using the shower and the aircon/heating would not move from what it was originally set
