Beautiful location with best panoramic view of Venice. Free hotel water shuttle to St Marks square.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Giudecca. Hotel was clean and beautiful and all staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool reservation system in place to ensure that all guests can enjoy the pool without it being super crowded! Genius idea that I hope more hotels utilize. Room was lovely and spacious. Transportation to and from the main island was very accommodating and so was the guest relations and concierge in helping us get to where we needed to be on this our first trip to this beautiful city and this beautiful country. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone back home and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Grazie Hilton Molino Stucky Venice!

Stunning stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was lovely, breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight! Making reservations for the pool was easy and we never had an issue booking a time. The hotel shuttle boat was very convenient and went from 9am-11pm, a short 10 minute ride, it was always on time. I would absolutely stay here again !!!

Great place to stay on Venice with water shuttle operating every 20 minutes to San Marco square except from 1-2 pm. I would recommend that the hotel staff shuttle so there is no midday break. They also need to increase staff at front desk during heavy check in hours. Please note you need reservations to use the pool and use limited to 2 hours and hotel charges 40 euros to use the jacuzzi/whirlpool in the spa and reservations also required with time limit

Terrible service especially to my two 20 year old children. No umbrellas by the swimming pool so no shade in 30 degree weather. Very disappointing from Hilton

Excellent stay at the Molino Stucky. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Would highly recommend. Breakfast is fabulous and exactly what you would expect of the Hilton. Wi-Fi connection is fast. Roof top bar is a must and offers panoramic views of Giudecca and Venice. The Island of Giudecca is a lovely location and offers a great place to escape. Hotel offers regular shuttles to Venice from the Hilton ‘stop’ and the public transport Vaporetto stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel if the Hilton boat is not what you want. Alilaguna stops at the Hilton so airport transport is easy or you can just get a water taxi, whatever you suits your needs. It’s a great place to stay.

Relatively expensive but exclusive hotel, served well with local water bus and hotel private water bus to city centre. We had access to a special executive lounge area where snacks were provided inclusive of the room charge. The food on offer around 3pm was very disappointing, just a few dried crispy snacks with some sodas. It was nit clear how to use the facility which was unstaffed apart from an occasional visit from a staff member to clear tables. I would expect much more of such an upmarket hotel. Breakfast on the other hand was amazing, with a lovely choice of hot and cold food. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Elisa (apologies if I have your name wrong) who was very attentive and thoughtful about her approach to guests. Thank you!

A bit distant from Ve Nice.

The Molino Stucky is an iconic building with a famous history. It has been superbly converted in to a luxury hotel whilst retaining the original architectural design. The pool is fantastic and such a bonus. The staff are friendly and it is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Venice; being situated on the Guiadecca.

Excellent hotel! The location was perfect, with an on-site shuttle service to San Marco. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is new and beautifully done. It’s in a nice location away from the crowds in San Marco Piazza. The customer service at the hotel was poor, they didn’t care. We were jet lagged and overslept one of the days when our alarm did not go off. We missed breakfast and they even refused to give us a cup of coffee. They also charge 15 Euros for a water shuttle which is crazy since everyone takes the shuttle since that’s the only way to get to the hotel. Overall, disappointed by the poor customer service at the hotel.

Amazing! I would stay there again

Lovely hotel in quiet but convenient location with shuttle boat directly from hotel dock to Piazza San Marco (every half hour or so) for a very reasonable additional fee. You’ll also find many excellent restaurants within a short walk on Giudecca. Hotel breakfast is excellent, dinner not so much, especially in the Rialto, which is not of the same caliber as surrounding options. (Don’t bother with the meal plan beyond breakfast. You will regret it!). The staff is wonderful, efficient and always helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. There is also public transportation between airport and hotel for €18 per person, which is considerably less expensive but much longer, than private transportation. (An hour and a half with no restrooms on board… definitely something to think about.) All in all I can recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The Hotel is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. Breakfast is worth getting for money. They offered a wonderful array of different items to try and eat. Includes champagne so you can do a wonderful mimosa for breakfast The Sky bar is worth checking out. The drinks are wonderful. The appetizers are worth trying and delicious. Love the entire experience and the view is breathtaking at sunset in the Sky lounge
