Funcionários solicitos, hotel com ar condicionado “CENTRAL” todos os quartos recebem o ar, querendo ou não, é na temperatura que os funcionários colocam e deixam. São muito organizados, porém inflexíveis para ceder em alguns pedidos. Café da manhã não vale os 7 € e muito longe da estação de trem para Veneza, acaba ficando caro. Cama de mola de ferro com um colçao muito fraco.

This hôtel is simply a scam. I spent one horrible night at it. The lobby is nice, the perfect trap. Then once you get to the rooms the horror unleashes. Nothing like the cover picture in Expedia. The air conditioning simply not working on a hot supper night: result obliged to sleep with windows open with the noise of the nearby highway. Everything is worn, old, not maintained. Absolutely one of the worst hotels I have been in years. It should be 1 star at most. Certainly not worth the 3 star ranking. Stay away.

Chambre assez ancienne , les Chambre petit budget ne sont pas en photo , donc un peux dessu de la chambre , la femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre sent toquer , personne de l'accueil très accueillant et service du petit déjeuner au top

Dirty room, bugs everywhere, hair in towels, looks *nothing* like the pictures. Total scam. Lucky we only booked one night because we wouldn't have stayed a second. Lobby is SUPER misleading and is the only nice part of the hotel. Staff was kind, but you'll often see them spraying lysol up and down the dingy, 40yr old carpets. Literally don't think a single picture posted on google by them is from this building.

The hotel was unavailable for check in at 21h despite allowing a booking at 21h. Do not recommend to anyone.

O quarto não era igual ao apresentado pelo Hotéis.com. Quarto aparência horrível. Paredes sujas. Cabeceira cama em tecido sujo e fedido. Móveis velhos e fedendo suor curtido. Não me hospedo nunca mais.

Les chambres de l'hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site ! Très vieux, pas très propres, pas bien insonorisées. On devait y retourner et finalement nous avons annuler notre deuxième réservation.

Dripping water in bathroom, improvised dryer hose

Good - Bus transport very accessible , safe location . Poor and unsatisfactory -Utilities in disrepair Bathroom has a curtain enclosure, which was not shown on the website . shower head drips water continuously and splatters on feet when using the toilet , slow drainage of shower and face sink . - when I reported it , staff comment was it’s an old hotel -no offer to change room .. room rules - no eating in the room . Poor lighting in bathroom. Double bed joined together but kept separating at night .. I expected better ..

J’aimerais savoir QUI a attribué 3 étoiles à cet hôtel. J’aimerais savoir ce qu’il fume, et qu’il me donne le nom de son fournisseur. Non, plus sérieusement. Accueil correct, rien de dingue mais le réceptionniste est bilingue donc, cool. Mais le spectacle se passe quand nous arrivons dans la chambre. Une chambre des années 1970, et encore je suis gentil. Une odeur, également des années 1970, vous saisit et ne vous quitte plus. Des lumières qui ne marchent pas, des draps et une couette, vous me voyer venir, des années 1970, qui vous gratte tel un scratch frottant votre peau, une chaleur digne des plus belle plages Hawaïenne, une douche qui marche TRÈS TRÈS mal. Enfin bref, heureusement que nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit. Il faut se remettre en question, et surtout arrêtez de prendre les gens pour des bananes

Entre les photos sur le site et la réalité, c'est deux monde différents, matelas atroce, tuyauterie de la salle de bain d'un autre temps, l'eau avait du mal a sortir tellement le calcaire était présent. Ne vous faites pas avoir, cette hotel est a éviter

Les gens sont très exigeants dans les commentaires?? C’est quand même un rapport qualité-prix assez incroyable, juste à côté des gares pour Venise. Certes le mobilier est assez sommaire mais c’est propre, la douche est moderne

No fue lo que esperaba

Le camera sono sporchi , materassi consumati da 20 anni che non si cambiano , scaldamento non funzionante , le camera freddi ,,, il peggior hotel che visto nella mia vita

Not clean and cold. Not provided an electrical heater. There is no kettle for hot water.

Staffs were helpful. The heater in my room didn’t work and it was freezing in my room. I didn’t get the room change but one staff gave me a blanket. The second time I said one blanket was not changed the temperature in my room. The night staff offered me a small heater and a big blanket. We would leave and get a new hotel if there were any hotel near by available. My husband was a bit sick too. It’s a nightmare for us.
