Plus: excellent location. Good value for money. Plenty of hot water. Good size room with nice view. Historical building with high ceilings. Comfortable bed. This place has potential. Minus: staff not very helpful ...a bit of a sicilian version of Fawlty Towers. The shower was full of mould and the toilet seat was broken. Squeaky bed...not great for a romantic weekend.

The staff from check-in, stay, breakfast and check-out were all super stars. Pleasant, very helpful, and always available to help.

The room was clean, basic but comfortable . The staff was kind, helpful and responsive The location is perfect for exploring the historic center of Palermo.

Camera vecchia, bagno scadente: sciacquone del bagno rotto (segnalato e non è stato fatto nulla), asta della doccia rotta, acqua per lavarsi a tratti fredda a tratti tiepida. Colazione ok. Posizione ottima.

Convenience to centre of old town. Location is good

Nothing to like about going up the stairs to a 3rd floor room. When I ask for a first or 2nd floor room as I had knee surgery.

Property was good value for money and right in the centre. It is a bit dated and shower is a bit small but good for a few nights sleep. Breakfast is a bonus but not the freshest selection.

Very old, needs updating Bathroom toilet wasnt working and there was a foul smell coming from the washroom Tight shower hard to take a proper shower for taller folk Bathroom had bugs on the floor, towels were stained, walls are paper thin i heard people walking above me very clearly. I broight my complaints to the staff and was basically blown off. I ended ip staying somewhere else and was glad i did.

Really close to the centre with spacious room, comfortable bed and helpful staff. Some work going on, it doesn’t cause disruption, but means you enter through the side rather than the main entrance.

All the basics you need in a perfect location. Staff friendly and helpful with excellent English support. Front desk open all day. Air conditioning. Small basic room, clean with wifi, TV and private bathroom. Had a tiny balcony for standing only. Apart from some construction in the morning, the room was quiet, even so close to the main areas. Single towel with exchange every couple days. Rooms appear to be converted from a normal apartment building. You'll need to get used to some quirks. You'll get a physical key rather than key card. For the electricity to work, you need to realize there is a small keyhole in the wall near the door and the key needs to be inserted and turned to activate the electricity. Since the lights don't work until this is done, the door needs to be closed, locked with the key in the dark room, and the keyhole found and the key inserted and turned, also in the dark. Threw me off at first, but I soon got the hang of it. The light from a cell phone is enough to easily see for doing this. Other quirks include figuring out how to flush the toilet. Likely standard in the area, but simply pushing the button to flush the toilet did not work. It was required that the button be repeatedly pumped in quick succession, and then everything worked very fine with no problems at all. Still, this took even longer to figure out. If you don't mind a few quirks, and are looking for a basic and reasonably priced room right right in center of the old town, quite good.

Betten wacklig. Waren ganz oben einquartiert nur ein kleines Fenster. Viele Treppen zu steigen. Der Probleme mit Füße hat ist es nichts. Frühstück war ok. Man ist gleich im mitten im Geschehen. Über all Essensmöglichkeiten.

Posizione centralissima, a due passi dai cd 4 canti che è il cuore del centro storico di Palermo, colazione onesta, ottima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Camera senza balcone un po' angusta, c è un terrazzo comune ma purtroppo era in ristrutturazione

Bon rapport qualité prix, très propre mais très petite douche et pas très accessible en voiture.
