This hotel was modest in its appearance from the outside but was an excellent surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive and the room modern and well appointed. I would definitely stay again,

Bonjour, pour que l’on soit bien clair, je dépose cette annotation car après plusieurs appels avec expédia pour demander un geste commercial pour annulation de la nuit, aucun retour de l’hôtel d’après les dires de expédia aucune réponse aux e-mails pour information, j’ai demandé l’annulation de la nuit car nous devions nous déplacer pour aller récupérer quelque chose sur Turin et on a eu une annulation donc comment vous dire aucun retour d’un hôtel pour éviter de rembourser 80 € je trouve ça honteux et non respectueux surtout que je demandais bien en avoir et non remboursement

Atendimento do Kaique no checkin muito bom. Bem localizado. Silencioso. Cama excelente. Box minúsculo e vazava muita água, inundando o banheiro. Acabou o sabonete líquido, tive que pedir três vezes. Pode melhorar condições gerais do hotel.

Walls are so fragile, that conversations and television in the neighbouring rooms won’t let you sleep. I would NEVER recommend it!

Hôtel bruyant, on entend les femmes de ménage bouger les lits le matin à 7h dans les étages supérieurs. Salle de bain dans un état moyen.
Petit déjeuner à 9€ qui vaut son prix.
Cependant le personnel est agréable.

In unserem Zimmer waren einifäge Defekte. Badezimmer Türe schloss nicht richtig, Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut.

Great location. Right in the heart of the city and one block away from Porta Susa train station. Service was good and friendly; however, beds were very hard and not comfortable for a 6-night stay like ours.

Bien situé, près du centre ville mais hôtel vieillissant méritant d'etre rénové. Nous étions au dernier étage et avons subi le bruit de la machinerie toute la nuit. L'ascenseur était en panne le lendemain matin mais la personne de l'accueil a appelé un collège qui nous a permis d'utiliser L'ascenseur de service pour descendre les valises.

We hadden last minute geboekt omdat we met een zieke baby van de camping af wilden. Fijn dat we bij Hotel Diplomatic terecht konden. Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade van de kamer (dankjewel!) en alles in de kamer was prima in orde. Het enige puntje van kritiek is dat er tijdens ons hele verblijf geen parkeerplek bij het hotel was, hoewel we specifiek gezocht hadden naar een hotel met parkeergelegenheid (en de website van het hotel ook adverteert met hun parkeerplek), zodat we niet te veel met een zieke baby en alle bagage hoefden te sjouwen. De behulpzame dame achter de receptie gaf nog wel advies voor een parkeerplek op 5 minuten lopen afstand, voor €11/dag. Het is begrijpelijk dat de parkeerplaats bij het hotel op sommige momenten vol is, maar het had het hotel gesierd als zij (desnoods deels) de kosten hadden gedekt, of anders dat de informatievoorziening over parkeergelegenheid realistischer was geweest.

Only stayed for one night, and it was fine. The room was comfortable but somewhat noisy (toilet cistern probably leaking and traffic outside). Breakfast was very good!
Be warned that the hotel only has 9 parking spaces, and a space needs to be reserved in advance! There is a parking garage not far from the hotel, about 5-7 min walk.
