Very close to Duomo and the shopping center as well as lots of dining options. It does get loud though until about 10pm at night. Wasn’t a problem for us as we were awake any how. The only issue was that the shower was incredibly small even though the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was wonderful and there was even a rooftop bar/restaurant with duomo views. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel qui ne mérite même pas 1 étoile. Viellissant sale exigue, à l"image de son personnel qui ne fait aucun effort. Sauf la personne qui parle français. Moquette sale dans la chambre et couloir et fripée au risque de tomber. Petit lit. Très déçues. Tout est à rénover dans cet hotel.

Hotel ok, mas pelo preço deveria ter terminado de modernizar os banheiros. Nosso quarto era voltado para o maquinário interno. Zero glamour. Não recomendo.

My earbuds and €50 was stolen after the room service came to clean
I reported to receptionist nothings was done
If you are using this hotel make sure you don’t leave your valuable when going out .

Location, location, location!
We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean, and the staff was nice for the most part. It’s very walkable, and it’s a 5-min walk to the Duomo and right next to the shopping mall. We felt quite safe when we were there. Although we didn’t eat there, the rooftop restaurant had nice views, and the drinks were good.
We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, so it was very spacious - the first room we got was cramped and had a strong smoke smell - when we called, they said that they couldn’t change the room because they were at capacity and would send someone with a spray - we were there for 3 days, staying in a cramped room with a smoke smell wasn’t an option - I went downstairs, talked with the front desk, and she was kind enough to move us to another room (same category) - and this room was very spacious, clean, and didn’t have a smoke smell. Made our stay here very pleasant.

I had a problem with the mattress in my room—it was really bad. After complaining to the reception, they eventually moved me to another room. However, I want to emphasize that I had to speak to the reception five times and even request a refund for the night I had to sleep on that mattress. I didn’t travel from London to Milan and pay £290 for two nights to sleep on something like that. It was my birthday, and I was hoping for a good night's sleep with my husband and son. Aside from that issue, everything else was good.

場所がドォーモにも地下鉄駅（ドォーモ駅またはSan Babila駅）にも近く、アクセスがとても良かったです。
初日は11時半頃着いたんですが、部屋の準備が整っていたようですぐに入れてくれました。部屋は内向きだったので景色はよくなかったですが、リクエストどおりの浴槽がある部屋だったので問題ありません。
残念だったのは冷蔵庫の水が有料だったことです。4つ星なので水くらいはサービスがかと思っていました。でもホテルの近くにCarrefour expressというスーパーがあるので、そちらを利用しました。
歯磨きはありませんが、ボックスティッシュ、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、石鹸はありました（ヨーロッパのホテルは全くアメニティがないところもあります）。
ホテルには改造済みの部屋と改装前の部屋があるようです。改装前の部屋だったので、ドアのたてつけやドアロックの使い勝手が悪くて往生しましたが、事前に浴槽リクエストをした時に改装前の部屋だと教えてもらっていたので心構えがあり問題はありません。備え付けのセーフティボックスは使いやすかったですし、部屋は広くて清潔でしたた。

Leider muss ich von dieser Unterkunft abraten. Die Zimmer sind uralt und es müffelt richtig übel. Im Badezimmer war Schimmel und die Schichten der Badewanne blättern schon ab. Dort hängt ein Duschvorhang der seit Jahren nicht ausgetauscht wurde - gelblich und schimmelig. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Nie wieder.
