Mangia's Brucoli Resort - New Opening 2023

El servicio de uno de los restaurantes no fue bueno. El personal no era suficiente para prestar una buena atención.

Très bel établissement

The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest.

This property has definitely potential, the rooms are nice, space and looks but not clean. There was a left over of room service on the corridor when we arrived and only after we told the receptionist to clean it, it was taken away (3 days later) The food is over priced and low quality The location is very remote, there is a town next to the resort but there is not much. Overall not a real 5 star place.

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und direkt am Meer (Felsküste) gelegen. Toller großer Pool und auch sonst viel Potential. Zimmer neu renoviert, größtenteils aber mit kleinen Fenstern und keinen Aussenbereichen. Wir hatten eine großzügige Suite mit separatem Wohnzimmer. Diese war sehr schön und komfortabel, leider mit wenig einladendem Aussenbereich. Service absolut chaotisch und auch die Qualität der Restaurants und deren Sauberkeit entspricht keinem 5 Sterne Standard. Leider waren zu unserer Zeit fast alle Restaurants, Bars und auch sonstige Einrichtungen (Kinderpool und Club) geschlossen. Lage sehr abseits, Auto empfehlenswert.

Great hotel once you get to property. Not the best area around it, over ran and dirty, but property other than beach is nice. Restaurant was great! Beds are very comfortable.

Wonderful place! Lots of space, great service, nice pool though I wish the water were warmer. I wish they had a hot tub for cooler days. The reservation restaurant wasn’t as nice as the restaurant by the ocean. The area surrounding the resort was run down, but that’s not their fault. Overall an incredible place to stay.

Very Nice place but need a car to visit around this place

A really peaceful stay in a very well equipped resort. We stayed in a superior suite which was absolutely excellent and the food on offer was always to a high standard. We had a car so it was easy to visit the neighbouring towns and villages but without a car it would have been impossible. Therefore, if you want to see more than just the hotel you do need a rental. Overall very pleased.

Rubbish everywhere run down and dirty

Punti di forza: parti comuni, il verde, la zona piscina, il panorama, i ristoranti, la pulizia, disponibilità del personale, la ristrutturazione. Punti di debolezza: forse il materasso, l'aria condizionata rumorosa, la mancanza di accessi comodi al mare, qualche distributore di acqua oltre quello nella hall.

Service client horrible voire inexistant Réceptionnistes qui nous ont pris pour des imbeciles (2 hommes) : notre chambre sentait l’humidité, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ils nous ont répondu que notre catégorie de chambre (standard) n’était disponible que dans un bâtiment (9) pas les autres et qu’ils n’avaient pas de solution car ils étaient pleins. 2 jours plus tard odeur d’égout et réveil nauséeux (nous avons un bébé de 6mois) , leur collègue, une femme charmante, nous a changé de bloc (7) pour exactement la même catégorie de chambre Restauration : MAUVAISE et prix exorbitant. Serveurs extrêmement lents, nonchalants, voire hautains (on nous a fait comprendre que notre bébé était de trop dans sa poussette) Ménage : pas de gel douche dans la chambre à l’arrivée ni le lendemain. Tasses à café encore sales (noirâtre dans le fond), assiettes collantes en dessous (chewing-gum). De plus les femmes de ménage tapent dans le mini bar et on essaie de vous le facturer sur vous. Hôtel à fuir ! Ce qui est dommage car le cadre est magnifique, mais à part cela, il n’a absolument rien d’un 5 étoiles. De manière générale, le personnel est incompétent et désagréable.

Resort stupendo nel complesso ,servizio e location impeccabili uniche pecche pranzi e cena a buffet non perfetti e mancanza di attività per il dopo cena . Perfetto per una vacanza all’insegna del relax e del confort un po’ meno per una vacanza più movimentata

Struttura eccellente, molto pulita, camera e luoghi comuni nuovi con materiali di pregio. Tanti ristoranti tra cui scegliere e luoghi di interesse. Unica pecca, manca la spiaggia, il mare accessibile solo da una scaletta, avrei preferito trovare una spiaggia.

Esperienza straordinaria. La struttura è un incanto.

Arrived earlier than check in - told to use the facilities in the meantime and they’d call us when the room was ready. But they didn’t. Then gave us limited information at check in like eg where breakfast was. Waiters genuinely didn’t have a clue - such slow service. Worst meal of my life at Lime Bar. Staff didn’t tidy up after previous guests. The room smelt of very strong cleaning products but not in the positive sense. Corridors leading to our room reminded me of an old people’s home. Nothing about this was 5 star. Very lovely waiter at the sushi restaurant, however. He was the only positive.
