Terrible, we checked in and never told AC was out in the whole building. Got to the room to find out about it. Receptionist said nothing he could do. At this time Hotel.com is saying they can do nothing to get a refund on my cancelation because it is non refundable. Fighting it, but terrible service from Hotel.

Camera singola con parquet rovinato, lavandino vetusto e materasso a molle vecchio e scomodo. Comunque pulito, con bagno ampio e silenzioso per doppi vetri. Colazione dolce e salata nella media. Tutto sommato nella media di altri hotel scelti per vicinanza a Termini ma da due stelle non tre

Quarto exatamente como nas fotos da publicação. Escolhi o hotel pela localização e pela tarifa. Não me arrependo. Para quem procura apenas uma cama e um chuveiro, atendeu minhas expectativas. Limpo, excelente atendimento, café da manhã incluso. Banheiro e box com bom tamanho, porém a ducha do apartamento 208 estava incompatível com a barra de sustentação. Faltou um suporte para a toalha de banho. Café incluso, ainda que de acordo com o padrão do hotel foi um diferencial. Está localizado a 300m da estação principal de trem de Roma, Termini. Com boa tarifa e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar, mas é um hotel 2/3 estrelas, de acordo com o padrão.

O quarto estava bem limpo e arrumado. Achei a iluminação um pouco escura e o box do chuveiro estava vazando água e molhava bastante o chão. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções e todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas. Foram isso gostamos bastante da estadia.

Picked this place for 1 night return in Rome before going to Naples. Checked in late. Room small, dated and there was noise from outside.

スタッフの方がとても気さくでよかった。しかし、夜中に外から酔っ払いたちの大合唱が聞こえてきたことが気になった。テルミニ駅近くなので仕方がないが、音に敏感な人には少し辛いかもしれない。

We had a double room and booked quite a few weeks in advance so I was very disappointed when we were given the corner room as it was tiny and very tight, with almost no room to walk around the bed. The room and bathroom were both very clean though, with some toiletries provided too. I did find ants on the bedside table both nights and even one in the bed… The beds themselves were also quite hard.
Location was great, with some amazing food options right on the doorstep. Reception staff were also friendly at check-in. They gave warning of cash only for the tourist tax required at time of checkout.
