Tutto veramente ottimo, camera silenziosa, colazione varia, staff, posizione praticamente metro a 2 passi. Unica nota negativa è che nella stanza mancava il bidet, in italia nn deve succedere a mio avviso

The hotel had essentials that made me very comfortable especially because I wanted to really relax rather than walk around Milan. A very functional Gym, sauna and pool. Staff was very helpful and kind. The building was very beautiful and the decors were incredible as well. I loved my stay at Una hotels slot and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They also give free early breakfast to those who request between 4am and 6.59 am. Although you must request the night before. I about it was thoughtful.

Worst service ever.
The hotel room was freezing. A staff member came to check, but it remained unbearably cold. I had to sleep in thick outerwear for two nights. It also took forever for hot water to come through.
But the worst part? Before check-in, the hotel sent a promotional email about their in-house restaurant, UNA Cucina, offering a discount for early reservations. However, after checking in, I realized it was the same restaurant as the breakfast venue, nothing special at all—completely misleading.
To make things worse, after sending a reservation email, I never received a confirmation or any response. When I inquired on the day of the reservation if I could cancel, they quickly responded saying it was "non-refundable" due to same-day cancellation—despite never even confirming my booking in the first place.
As a result, instead of dining at one of Milan’s amazing restaurants, I ended up having dinner at a place with a blocked view due to trees. And to top it all off, I had booked for 7 PM, but the restaurant actually opened at 7:30 PM—yet no one corrected this.
But what made me the angriest? The staff had no idea I even had a reservation.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location. The rooms were traditional which is fine, they were clean and today and had everything we needed. The spa area was much better than expected and the breakfast was plentiful. It is literally a 20/25 minute walk down a straight road to the duomo area and 10 minutes to the central station.

Nulla da dire sull hotel, ma un grossa delusione è stato il ristorante al 6 piano. Siamo state a cena appena arrivate e la cotoletta (buona) è arrivata in un piatto completamente crepato e rotto (scardat per i napoletani) nei lati. Servire una cotoletta da 30 € in un piatto poco presentabile è davvero vergognoso...nemmeno in un'osteria l avrebbero servita cosi. Pertanto finiamola con questa eleganza milanese del cavolo, so chiu cafun dei napoletani che di cafone molto spesso hanno solo la nominata. Un consilglio spassionato: comprate un servizio di piatti NUOVO.

Hotel gigante, excelente estrutura, com piscina e spa disponíveis. Possuem depósito para malas (muito organizado). Fizeram o checkin antes do horário, sem problema algum. Banheiro grande, novíssimo, com duchas excelentes, quarto enorme para 3 pessoas. O café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade. Localização maravilhosa, com metrô na porta do hotel (estação Lima), avenida super movimentada de comércio e opções de restaurantes. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Bella suite, comoda e spaziosa, ben arredata. Hotel comodissimo ed anche il ristorante sulla terrazza. Unica pecca il parcheggio, inserito, ma in realtà inesistente, (occupato, ma non prendere la prenotazione è solo una scusa per poi dire all'arrivo che non c'è posto), comunque in zona ci sono altri garage a pagamento, basterebbe dirlo. Ottimo soluzione per Milano.

Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay.
