It is a 5-star hotel with 5-star service :). If you miss the scheduled (only a few times during the day) pickup at the train station, just go to the cable car station and call the hotel. They will send a van to pick you up in less than 10 min. For travellers who use data only SIM plan, make sure you have app (we use Skype to make the call) that can make international phone call.

Our stay was excellent in every sense of the word. Beautiful hotel, great facilities, friendly staff, beautiful restaurant, onsens and the lists goes on!

客室の温泉でゆっくりでき、贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。ホテルスタッフの接客が明るくて好印象を受けたのと、食事は朝食・夕食ともにクオリティが高く満足いくホテルステイでした。

部屋からの眺望はさほど良くないのと、大浴場はどちらかと言うと温水プールのような施設で、外国人向けの施設かなと思います。

An absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff were very welcoming and polite. Their service was exceptional. The luxurious room with private onsen was a wonderful unique experience. The room, furniture and bathroom were in great condition. We would definitely come back!
