Tamassa Bel Ombre

整體是一般，房間已經很陳舊了，早餐，晚餐自助餐，款式不多，好像主要都是印度食品，有小許中式食品，午餐選擇更小，還好位置是靠海灘，風景可以。

We love the south of Mauritius, less developed and more remote and rugged. Proximity to Le Morne and beaches and access to kite surfing. We loved the day care and babysitting service, its was free to use and we used it alot! Certainly the best and easiest we ever experienced from any resort. Loved the staff and how they treated our daughter like family. Good sandy beaches with rock piles near shore and all you have to do is dip your head in the water to see fishes. Great place for family and kids. Personally I think the food selection was limited for full-board meals. Paid for meal much better quality at the resort restaurant. The pay for drinks / water option was annoying with the full board for I who dont drink alcohol. Spa was excellent. We thought the rooms are on the small side. Where was the free coconuts? I didnt see any carts there when the property was loaded with coconuts. This was something Lux Le Morne had and included in breakfast. Disappointed about this.

Unser Aufenthalt im Tamassa Bel Ombre war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber leider nicht so, wie wir es uns für unsere Flitterwochen erhofft hatten. Besonders enttäuschend war das Upgrade auf All Inclusive – der Aufpreis hat sich absolut nicht gelohnt. Das Essen war eintönig und wenig abwechslungsreich, insgesamt eher auf 3-Sterne-Niveau. Ein à-la-carte-Konzept hätte hier sicher mehr Qualität und Genuss geboten. Es gab zwar ein à-la-carte-Restaurant direkt am Strand, dieses war jedoch nicht im All-Inclusive-Paket enthalten, was den Mehrwert zusätzlich geschmälert hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt etwas aufgewertet hat. Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gab es keine besondere Aufmerksamkeit oder Geste zu unseren Flitterwochen, was wir etwas schade fanden. Auch der Check-in entsprach eher 3-Sterne-Standard. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit nettem Personal, aber kein Highlight – vor allem nicht für einen besonderen Anlass.

La chambre avait piscine donc un peu bruyant mais malheureusement pas vu mer De plus mon frère avait une deco extraordinaire à l'arrivée avec fleurs sur le lit etc Nous étions étonnés avec mon compagnon de n'avoir rien de tout cela une chambre banale De plus pour les amis des animaux ne pas réserver dans cet établissement car vous aurez le coeur brisé chaque jour ...

No perks of a 4+ stars in the hotel. Staff were reluctant to help when a service was needed, despite booking an expensive all-inclusive deal. Check in was awfully complicated, taking over an hour. Staff do not seem to be equipped with skills required for a 4 star service. All inclusive deal has limited options and not enough variety for its price. Room amenities were somewhat outdated and not working properly. Although I booked the room specifically for 3 adults, the spare bed put there was mediocre and very uncomfortable, despite paying extra for a 3 -adult room. The room was equipped for only 2 people, depite booking being for 3 people. There was only one pair of slippers and one bathrobe provided. Staff were reluctant to give us towels by the pool when I asked. I explained i needed fresh towels and was categorically refused by thr staff who were carrying towels in their buggies. However they did stop ahead and gave tourists towels when they asked. Not sure why there was this double standard treatment. Some local staff, the waiters, involved in dinner sevice were good. As a 4 star hotel, the hotel staff did not bother to come and ask if our stay was going well or we needed anything. Again the point if that this is a good 2 star hotel. Definitely notna 4 star hotel. I have been to 3 star hotels with much better facilities in Mauritius.

Bel hôtel. Personnel très sympathique et très jolie plage. Très bien situé pour visiter le sud de l’île (Morne, Chamarel, St aubin,…)

Lovely hotel - service was excellent! Incredibly clean and calm. Very eco-friendly. Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Hier fühlt man sich wohl, nicht zu groß, lange Spaziergänge am Strand möglich. Die Zimmer sind toll. Die Pools sind nicht beheizt und recht frisch im Winter. Es könnte in neue Kaffeemaschinen investiert werden.

Wir hatte mehrfach Ausfall des Warmwassers, bis zu einem Tag lang und es hat sich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung niemand darum gekümmert.

Sehr freundliches herzliches Personal. Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Beachrooms mit Connecting Door waren toll! Das Essen war sehr gut und facettenreich.

I had high hopes for my stay here. There were however a few issues. It took about an hour to get into our room because the lock was not working and took many attempts to get in. Once inside the room seemed fine. However there were somethings not quite right. There was no tv remote, so called reception to notify them of this. A new remote appeared while we was out the room. This remote did not work, but I figured out how to program it to work, only to discover the tv was blank with no channels whatsoever. Later it was time to give my son a bath, but the bathtub had no plug. We had to order room service which had a charge of RS200 on top of the price of the drinks as the in room fridge/mini bar was not working. I did look at the back for a switch but it was very dirty so did not touch it. Other than these issues, we had a pleasant stay. The food was good and the staff and service excellent too. The check in and out was simple, however we was told after the deposit we could pay the difference but was then refunded out deposit and then had to pay drink charges, which meant we had to use a different card as the refund is not instant for a deposit The area around the complex was clean, well kept and looked amazing, just the room that let it down, which was a real shame.

A beautiful all inclusive resort for all the peace and tranquility lovers in the South of Mauritius. Perfect for a family vacation, has lots and lots of things to explore inside the resort and also has a beautiful and clean private beach that makes the whole experience worth it. Highly recommend Tamassa if you’re looking for a great stay in Mauritius.
