Das Personal ist insgesamt zuvorkommend, ständig im Einsatz, hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Glutenallergien werden hervorragend berücksichtigt in der Küche bzw am Buffe (zu anderen Allergien kann ich leider nichts sagen, aber am Besten vorher eine Mail an das Hotel schreiben, das hat toll funktioniert). Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt, die Oceanview-Zimmer sind sehr schön und im sehr guten Zustand. Ruhe kann man hier unbedingt finden. Ich/wir können das Tamassa nur weiterempfehlen!

Ist eine sehr schöne Anlage, die zentral gelegen ist um sightseeing zu machen.

Arrived at Tamassa, no one at the luggage drop off to greet us. Unloaded the car myself which wasn’t a big deal but when you see others having help throughout your stay makes you wonder. Check in was fine. Room was lovely…was offered an half grade upgrade which I paid for..after 1st was really disappointed with the food & more so the atmosphere in the restaurant, felt more like a feeding frenzy.

The indian cuisine was amazing

If you don’t do all inclusive then prepare to eat dinner elsewhere. The buffet is quite alright but insanely expensive compared to restaurant prices in the area. Same goes for drinks and snacks from the store at the resort.

Super hôtel avec des chambres sur trois étages en « maison individuel » tous les salariés sont d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité hors du commun. Très beau spot de snorkelling devant la plage de l’hôtel, et on vous très bien dans l’eau (oursins, murène poissons multicolores et diversifié) Des boissons rafraîchissante sont disposés gratuitement près de la plage. Très belle piscine à débordement (3). Endroit calme et reposant. Idéal et pas très loin en voiture du morne, de blue bay et de l’aéroport.

Start with good Entrance, pools , grounds Pretty nice , kept nice , clean Bad Rooms and buildings where rooms it’s located Dirty , worn out , like really dirty Few times I see cockroaches Room it’s so worn out Tiles chip , furniture chip , pillows it’s on pieces inside This place should not have 4 stars it’s should be one star maybe if that It maybe was nice on 70 s Maybe early 80 s Food - options very limited And same every day And if you’re breakfast diner option They charge for water They charge for coffee For every little thing Diner just for drink cost us extra 20 euros Breakfast same Save your money Stay somewhere else It’s not worth it We stay 2 night And I’m glad

Im echt sieht es noch besser als auf dem Bilder. Wir fanden alles sehr gut. Sehr enstpannt und supe schön! Das mehr ist ein Traum. wir haben keine andere strand gebraucht und besucht. Wenn mann was kaufen möchte, Auto ist pflicht.

Everything was great during our time there. Amazing people and great service. Would definitely come back with my wife and son (4 years old). Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We stayed in a beach room with fabulous views of the beach and sea and the sunsets were gorgeous. The beach restaurant served lovely food although we found the buffet restaurant didn’t always have a wide choice of different cuisine. Staff lovely and friendly and really helpful to me with a broken ankle at the time.

Hôtel magnifique, sur un parc très étendu. Bien placé aussi quand on vadrouille en voiture. Parfait aussi pour ceux qui veulent passer des vacances all inclusive où tout est disponible sur place. Personnel serviable, service aux petits soins. Juste un bémol sur ce genre d'hôtels: la sensation de priver les locaux de leurs plages. Car tout est privatisé.

Flere ting var defekt da vi ankom til vores 2 værelser. Der virkede også fugtigt og der var lugt af fugt.

Das Hotel liegt im Süden und hat eine tolle Lage inkl schöner Sonnenuntergänge. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten (u.a. Wasseraktivitäten) die man am Strand unternehmen kann. Viele Aktivitäten außerhalb des Hotels sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Was uns aber nicht gefallen hat: Wir haben Halbpension gebucht und beim Abendessen musste man alle Getränke selber zahlen (sogar Wasser). Hier ist man eigentlich der Meinung, dass die alkoholfreien Getränke zumindest inklusive sind. Das Essen war ok. Wir haben aufgrund der Problematik mit den Getränken auf All-in geupgradet, dies war gegen Aufpreis möglich.

We booked the Tamassa with breakfast only because the price difference to get the half-boatd was way higher than in other hotels, so we thought we could find other places to eat and maybe try the buffet once as we were there only for 3 nights. What we didn't anticipate was that without a car, it was very difficult to reach other places to eat, and the buffet if you go without it being included was extrememy expensive (2200 mru per person without any drink) and honestly the food was ok but not more than that. We got almost all our meals from the beach restaurant. The food was much better and at a more reasonable price (we were surprised to see that this restaurant is not included if you have hald board or all i clusive, you only get 20% off). Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms are ok but a bit old and we had almost no electrical outlet that was working correctly. The beach is really nice and the personnel as well. We went to another hotel after the Tamassa and we had a much better experience.
