Bel hôtel. Personnel très sympathique et très jolie plage. Très bien situé pour visiter le sud de l’île (Morne, Chamarel, St aubin,…)

Lovely hotel - service was excellent! Incredibly clean and calm. Very eco-friendly. Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Hier fühlt man sich wohl, nicht zu groß, lange Spaziergänge am Strand möglich. Die Zimmer sind toll. Die Pools sind nicht beheizt und recht frisch im Winter. Es könnte in neue Kaffeemaschinen investiert werden.

Wir hatte mehrfach Ausfall des Warmwassers, bis zu einem Tag lang und es hat sich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung niemand darum gekümmert.

Sehr freundliches herzliches Personal. Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Beachrooms mit Connecting Door waren toll! Das Essen war sehr gut und facettenreich.

I had high hopes for my stay here. There were however a few issues. It took about an hour to get into our room because the lock was not working and took many attempts to get in. Once inside the room seemed fine. However there were somethings not quite right. There was no tv remote, so called reception to notify them of this. A new remote appeared while we was out the room. This remote did not work, but I figured out how to program it to work, only to discover the tv was blank with no channels whatsoever. Later it was time to give my son a bath, but the bathtub had no plug. We had to order room service which had a charge of RS200 on top of the price of the drinks as the in room fridge/mini bar was not working. I did look at the back for a switch but it was very dirty so did not touch it. Other than these issues, we had a pleasant stay. The food was good and the staff and service excellent too. The check in and out was simple, however we was told after the deposit we could pay the difference but was then refunded out deposit and then had to pay drink charges, which meant we had to use a different card as the refund is not instant for a deposit The area around the complex was clean, well kept and looked amazing, just the room that let it down, which was a real shame.

A beautiful all inclusive resort for all the peace and tranquility lovers in the South of Mauritius. Perfect for a family vacation, has lots and lots of things to explore inside the resort and also has a beautiful and clean private beach that makes the whole experience worth it. Highly recommend Tamassa if you’re looking for a great stay in Mauritius.

Staffs are racist. Hand shower was broken. House keeping didn't replenish shampoo, shower gel. Beach side lady at the towel counter, mentioned that don't you have towel in the room. Whereas, while i was checking in, the guy Najeeb, who took care of us, gave information that while using pool & beach, you should use towels from the counter. Wifi at room 3040 was terrible. At the spa counter, the lady was talking to us, & then entered a light skinned guy, she forgot us & just started attending the other guy. we didn't even conclude the conversation. Very bad.

Das Personal ist jederzeit außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte zwar nicht All-Inclusive gebucht, ich kenne aber aus anderen Ländern und Unterkünften, dass bei All-Inclusive ohne Trinkgeld nicht ganz so viel läuft, in dieser Unterkunft ist es anders. Die Gäste haben auch keine Armbänder, sondern werden anhand ihrer Zimmernummern identifiziert, ob All-Inclusive oder Zahler. Der Service ist bei allen gleich - einfach hervorragend!!! Die Aktivitäten wie Kajak, Glasbodenboot und Schnorcheln sind für alle Gäste frei, bei den letzen beiden muss vorher reserviert werden, da diese sehr beliebt sind. Das gilt auch für die Tennisplätze. Man kann durchaus in diesem Hotel den gesamten Aufenthalt verbringen, es gibt aber einen Taxi Service den man für bestimmte Ausflugsziele nutzen kann. Funktioniert sehr gut! Ein Mietwagen kann auch gebucht werden, ist etwas teurer, aber OK. Der Spa-Bereich ist der Knaller, die Anwendungen sind etwas teurer als in Deutschland, dauern aber länger und sind einfach super!!!

Eine wirklich schöne und weitläufige Anlage, schöne Pools, toller Strand, zweckmässige Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht, gute Buffetauswahl und einige nette Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sauberkeit ok, aber es gibt schon einige abgewohnte Ecken. Auf der Treppe lag am letzten Tag immer noch Avfall, der schon am ersten Tag dort lag. Bei den Mitarbeitern gibt es Licht und Schatten. Viele superfreundliche und service-orientierte Mitarbeiter, aber z.B. bestellte Getränke dauern immer ewig, bis man sie kriegt oder es kommt gar keiner, zm die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Wir hatten viel zu wenig Toilettenpapier im Zimmer und weit und breit niemand, wo man um welches hätte bitten klnnen. All inklusive ist auch nicht wirklich all inklusive. An der Bar sind viele Getränke ausgeschlossen, ebenso die Kokosnüsse am Strand und einige Wassersportarten.

From the gate security staff to every single staff at the resort I have come across have been very welcoming and ready to help. I went there first time for a day package and had a nice day. So I booked for one night half board stay and I don’t regret it. Although the bad weather we had a nice time. Next time I am in Mauritius, definitely it will be Tamassa again.

It’s a nice beach property, very clean and green. Also it’s quiet , away from crowd. Food and water is very costly.Also they charge extra 200 Rs for room delivery of food. All restaurants are also costly .
