First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Great experience. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. They loved it. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool. Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Great room service 24/7. Speedy and great options. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like I was constantly being pressured into tipping at every interaction. Staff were genuine and caring. Will definitely be going back.

We really had a good stay in this Hotel. Staff was great and service is A1 excellent! Food was also great tasting with a lot to choose from. The hotel itself is a little outdated but very clean! Would love to stay here again and their other Hotel chains! Seemed like a very good hotel company. Shout out to Angelo and Ferdina at breakfast buffet, as well as all the staff at Smoke house restaurant for great service. Thank you!

Al principio estaba contrariada, porque en la página de Expedia ( y ojalá lo cambien) explican como una suite, es decir, una cama king size
y una cama matrimonial, jacuzzi y balcón, y cuando llegamos sólo es la cama King size y dos camitas individuales que te llevan, si es que la solicitas; bajé a recepción a reclamar, y me comentó la chica que me atendió que hay mucha confusión.
dentro de lo que cabe las camas son cómodas, pero si deben especificar bien lo que están vendiendo.
la comida es excelente.
El trato es muy bueno.
la ubicación está excelente, la plaza, la isla está a cinco minutos caminando.
lo que me gustó mucho, y agradezco mucho, es que nuestro check Out era 12 P.M. y nuestro avión salía hasta las seis de la tarde y podemos usar instalaciones y restaurantes hasta poco antes de irnos.

Biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is nothing like what is posted, it is completely run down and surrounded by abandoned and graffitied resorts! Terrible quality, dirty pools! Unsafe pool conditions, many people were falling and hurting themselves around the pool area! My son fell and bruised his face and hips, and came back limping! Absolutely ridiculous! The ac in the rooms had mold on them, the bedding and robes were stained! They only have 4 small elevators, always packed , running slow, which made going up and down totally inconvenient.
This is a total scam! Nothing like the pictures on line which are nearly 20 years old!!!

O quarto estava cheirando mofo e isso desencadeou uma crise de rinite em mim e na minha filha, mas estava limpo. Os funcionários são todos muito prestativos e educados. Limpeza geral ok. Não gostamos da comida em nenhum restaurante, o menos pior é o Távola e a delicatessen que tem doces, milk-shake e crepe. O hotel é bonito e está bem conservado. Piscinas boas mas a praia estava com muito sargaço porque era época. Localização ótima, fomos a pé ao shopping La Isla e poucos minutos de Coco Bongo. A piscina do roof top é mais tranquila e tem uma vista incrível. Não comprem o passeio com Albatroz vendido no hotel. Fomos a Isla Mujeres com eles e o passeio foi péssimo, o Beach club da Albatroz lá é horrível. No geral eu voltaria pelo hotel e staff mas infelizmente pela comida não vale a pena.

The hotel is closing in the next 8 months, so you can tell from the service and the building itself. They are not putting any more money into the building.
You can tell they use leftover food at the buffett. In the restaurant options were slim pickings. The hotel had a mild dewy smell to it. The elevators take a very long time and are always packed. They tell you you have a hotel credit, but then it's a limited credit. You can't use it on everything and, you have to pay the taxes on the credit if you don't book directly through them and you use any outside agencies, they treat you differently.
And any problems you have while you're there.They say it's because you booked with an outside agency.

What a great resort…Beach Palace customer service was outstanding! We enjoy every single day of our stay. The staff from public relations go about and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the staff are kind and eager to help and please you.
We truly had an amazing time and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend Beach Palace!
Shout out to Carlos, Rafael, and the chef from Momo restaurant and all the wonderful personnel that made our stay memorable.

You can't use it on everything and, you have to pay the taxes on the credit if you don't book directly through them and you use any outside agencies, they treat you differently.
And any problems you have while you're there.They say it's because you booked with an outside agency.

What a great resort…Beach Palace customer service was outstanding! We enjoy every single day of our stay. The staff from public relations go about and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the staff are kind and eager to help and please you.
We truly had an amazing time and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend Beach Palace!
