Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

Beautiful property! Fun splash pad for toddlers and kids. Very friendly staff. Great restaurants…We especially loved the hibachi option. The beach access is rocky so I suggest wearing water shoes.

I can most definitely say the transportation system around the hotel stands out to me the most. That was until I tried the streak house, food was a 10/10. The resort itself was beautiful. I would definitely visit and recommend family and friends.

Returned to this hotel based on a previous stay in 2024. This time things weren't as amazing. Trash in places like landscaping never picked up. Entertainment everywhere during the day, even on the beach you couldn't get away from the screaming in the microphone/loud techno music. Food was average still, but my husband got terribly ill the last 2 days, and my 3 year old got sick on the last day. Canned water was no longer readily available. We found one hot tub that was 98 degrees the entire week, the rest of the time they were pool temp. Pool surfaces were alway grimey. Rooms and housekeeping were excellent. Restaurant service mostly excellent. My 5 year old had a great birthday dinner at La Luce. Beach/pool service was mostly slow but that was expected and the servers work hard. Tram wait times were longer than I remember, but we also used them more since we were farther from the lobby this trip. It also didn't help when other guests wouldn't want to make room or would cut the line. Lots of towels left everywhere on chairs all day. They took care of the seaweed well. The workers are the best thing about the hotel, always friendly and smiling.

I was amazed at the cleanliness of the establishment the staff was great . Overall was a great experience.

Everything was perfect honestly, staff the vibes.. just wish there was convenient way for transportation that didn’t cost so much. Maybe provide shuttles from the airport as well as lil market options in the city

Food and drinks were awful. Didn't have a decent meal the whole week. Buffet food was cold and dried out. Drinks had a funny taste no matter what we ordered. Very disappointed!!!!!

Great place, great staff, great food. No room to swim in the ocean. Beach has a lot of rocks and hard to get in and out of water. If you are a pool person and like to tan, or family with kids. This is a great place to be at.

Hilton Resort is an amazing place for families to stay at. They have pently of different food options. If you have any children under the age of 12, they have a kiss club where they do different activities throughout the day. All the staff were amazing and very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back next year.

Beautiful hotel!!

Highly enjoyed the resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Food and dining options were great. We did have some trouble making dinner reservations, but the concierge was super helpful and was able to get us reservations. There are about 7 pools in the resort and they all have a beautiful ocean view. The food and drinks were delicious. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and beyond helpful. It would be nice to have a few more onsite activities throughout the day. I would definitely stay here again.

I took my bachelorette trip here in April 2025. The resort is lovely and overall so gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. I’ve never stayed somewhere with nicer staff, they really made the trip special. Oscar at the lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis and margaritas. He was also so fun and attentive. Betuel and Isaías the bellhops gave us a special tour around the resort to show us everything so we wouldn’t have to walk. The food was pretty good, we especially loved the Italian restaurant La Luce, the prosciutto pizza was incredible. The ribeye tacos at SeaSalt were also great! The staff never forgot to ask us about food allergies and really remembered who was allergic to what. They also had quite a few vegan options at every eatery. Vela sur was a great way to start our day with Oceanside breakfast. Overall, the resort experience was lovely, we really enjoyed it all, from the rooms to the pools, but what made this trip special were the resort employees. There are too many to name, thank you to all the employees for making this an unforgettable trip!

Wish the property would offer free shuttles to and from the airport and to and from downtown Tulum to explore outside the hotel grounds. Property is very nice, and family entertainment is good.

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort. The service was excellent—staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel and property are beautiful and well taken care of. We were impressed with the variety of food offered at the restaurants, and the chefs did a fantastic job across the board. The only downside was that most of the cove was covered in seaweed during our stay, so we mainly used the beach near the lobby. That area was nicer but still had a rocky shoreline. All in all, it was a great experience!

This resort seems way better online than it actually is. The layout of it is inconvenient. Everything is in one huge line but there is no sidewalk that can take you from one side to the next. The only way to get from one side to the next is walking on the very slim street on the back side of the resort that the shuttles take. The service at the kiddie pool was TERRIBLE. I had to ask did they even have service because no one ever came to check on us. As a mother with two young kids convenience was something I really search for when booking. The bar to order food or drink was a 2/3 min walk from the pool.This happened multiple days during our stay. I’ve stayed at plenty all inclusive resorts including the Hilton Cancún so I had high expectations but this resort just did not meet them in any way. I liked the restaurant options that required reservations but the daily buffets were mediocre. The power went out twice during our 5 day stay. The second time was for a whole hour. I traveled here as a solo mom with my two kids so that was absolutely terrifying for me. No power meant no WiFi/phone service then once it cut back on it took another 45 mins for the WiFi to work. The rooms are already extremely humid so that made everything worse. I looked out the peephole to see if anyone else was out but it was literally PITCH BLACK so I didn’t want to open the door and something bad happen. On the plus side the housekeeping women were the sweetest I’ve ever met. I will not return.

The resort is beautiful. There are some minor maintenance issues that are being ignored such as large groups of tiles missing from every pool, missing toilet seats in the restrooms and none of the restroom garbage cans are in good shape. The buffets are terrible. 0/10. The food is much better at the soecialty restaurants but don’t order steak, not even at the steak house. I tried to get a medium rare steak on two separate occasions and each time I had serenely well done leather served. The waiters are all very friendly and polite. None of the bartenders were very pleasant, nor did they really know how to make a drink. There was no consistency at all. The room service is laughable. There are only about six options it take at least 1.5 hours to get anything and it is always ice cold on arrival. The gym is great but you have to make do with the limited equipment they have. The shows vary from boring to fantastic. The princess show really got the kids excited. Overall, I tok think the property was worth the price and I wouldn’t recommend the resort but I don’t regret my visit, I just know better now.

The resort was the perfect size for my parent who has difficulty walking long distances. The golf carts and mini vans transferring people to different buildings were frequent. The pools were clean and staff would walk around to take orders for the pool bar. Our favourite pool was quiet but by the beach that unfortunately got a lot of seaweed that had to be shovelled every day(smelled sometimes). The adults only pool filled up quickly in the mornings. The main pool had many entertaining activities going on throughout the day. The kids’ pool looked fun as well. The restaurants on site were amazing and we ended up getting reservations for each night from the concierge. The breakfast and lunch buffet was mind blowing, so many delicious options (also had a gluten free area). The airport transfer and tours we booked from the affiliated company were pricey but they delivered what they promised. Keep in mind the entrance fee needs to be paid in cash for some activities(USD or pesos). Tip at the resort and outside also in USD or pesos. Main beach area is nice but can’t get in water without water shoes, too rocky. The other beach area gets a lot of seaweed. Nightly entertainment was nice, enjoyed the Mexican night and Michael Jackson show. There’s a late night DJ and dancing too. Room felt a little clammy, including bed sheets. AC worked fine but humidity control in room was off, might have just been our room though, since the exhaust fans didn’t seem to be working or were not powerful
