Muy bonitas vacaciones, sin duda volveria a regresar

Overall we had a great stay. The property is stunning. However we got a room on the first floor at first (the highest floor is 3), and we found it quite an invasion of privacy to have a walking path right outside our window without telling us so we chose to upgrade to 3rd floor. They were super understanding of that and we happily paid but be aware when booking. Food wise I went in with high expectations and was a bit let down but it was overall fine. The room service is really good for a late night treat. Drinks are great too. But for real Mexican food go into town and get tacos from a street food stand. I wouldn’t go back but I would recommend for a relaxing vacay.

From all the properties have been staying in Cancun. This is the worst so far, in regards of food the meals are nothing like the rest of the hotels in the area [ u want chilaquilesand u have to get the chips and then the ingredientsyou make it yourselflike nachos ] so ridiculousknowingwe are in México...is so American stile in the way the present food and the rooms are ok clean no problem but the pools and the main restaurants are far and the transport from the rooms is very sporadic during nights

The food was delicious, enough restaurants to choose from, good drinks, 4 big swimming pools one is for adults only, and the ocean view from the swimming pool was the best, not a lot of beach options to walk or swim!

Lovely place!

We had a fabulous time at Hilton Tulum. There were a few highlights - all-inclusive was really nice when traveling with the kids. They have lots of dining options. There are 6 pools, a small waterpark, kids & teens clubs and a playground and a kids churrascaria which was open all day with popcorn, ice cream, churros, veggies, candy, fruit, etc... Kids loved going there. They provide a lot of entertainment during the day and evenings which we all enjoyed. Some of the things that could be improved: in the standard hotel room there is no privacy, there are no solid doors aside from the door to the room. Dining options are great however you have to book the reservation restaurants as soon as you get there and they fill up quickly. The system is set up to fail as reservations for the upcoming week start at 5 pm on Saturdays. We were in a bit of a line, it was our turn to book them and the system crashed so they could not finalize all the reservations. We were in Casa 2 and it was nicely situated between both ends of the resort. The drinks at the bars were ok, one of the wines was good, they only had Dos Equis, Tecate and Tecate Light for beer, no spiked seltzers, plenty of the tropical drinks. I did love the spicy mango margarita. The beach near the main lobby is ok. As others have mentioned the water is rocky so water shoes are a real help. We did love taking out the kayaks and they had volleyball going pretty often. All in all it was a wonderful trip.
