Muy buen hotel. Aunque las recámaras están bastante equis. Vale la pena por la alberca y la comida. El staff es amable pero podrían serlo todavía aún más.

Recomendado, las veces que viajamos por negocios a tulum nos hospedamos aquí, personal amable.

Last year there was yoga, Ice Bath included and this year we paid! I went back for the experience. Two negative points are the shower and salt water and breakfast starts at 8:00 if you wake up early like me there is no coffee to serve really they only serve it at 8:01. But the staff who serve on the beach are kind the cleaning is good and the second time I loved it the first time this time there were some points that were not very good but ok!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at hotel panamera! The pool was stunning and the beach was beautiful! The food and service was superb! Especially loved my service with David, was was amazing! Highly recommend hotel panamera for your tulum trip if you are looking for a hotel in the hotel zone!

Everything was excellent!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so wondurfull, attention to details all the time, recognized us everyday, always there for us. The only comment I would add, is that the rooms could have a few extra hooks and shelves tor toiletries and to hang our wet bathing suits!!! But that's really the only thing....

Exactly what we were looking for. Lovely boutique hotel with a fantastic beach and excellent staff. Small, quiet, low key. Walkable to shops, spas and restaurants. Could not have been better.

I’m disappointed to write this review because the hotel itself is beautiful-the beachfront is idyllic and the food is fantastic. However, the service was poor, and I still haven’t received my full $1,600 deposit refund, 11 days after checkout. The hotel owes me $1,187. Upon check-in, we paid a $1,600 deposit to charge anything to the room. On checkout, the hotel insisted on deducting the final bill from the deposit in USD, using an exchange rate of 19, whereas my bank’s rate was 20.67, meaning they took an extra $100. I asked to pay in Pesos, but their card machine "wasn’t working" and they took 6 days to send an online payment link. Despite paying immediately, they only refunded $413, still owing me $1,187. I’ve tried contacting them daily with little/no response. Service was slow from the start, but improved the more we tipped. Tipping less than 20% meant being ignored, but a 20% tip improved the service—this felt like a tactic to pressure guests into tipping more. To add to that, they highlighted "Service is Not Included" in yellow on the bills, infuriating. We were meant to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, white or rosé but were given red. When we reminded them, they said they didn’t have any at the complimentary value, but later found two bottles of white wine, which felt like an attempt to serve the cheapest option. The hotel’s lack of transparency, poor service, and deposit issues are unacceptable. I’d recommend the beachfront and food for a day trip

Um excelente hotel boutique na beira da praia, localização maravilhosa, quarto com bom tamanho e ótimo conforto ! Considero como um hotel 4 estrelas . Localização : 10 Quarto : 8,5 Banheiro : 8 Piscina : 9 Beach club : 10 Restaurante : 9 Comida : 10 Drinks : 8,5 Café da manhã : 10 ( poderia ser incluído na diária ) Como sugestão: Falta ducha higiênica no banheiro e não tem onde colocar a roupa molhada de praia e o quarto não abre a janela para ter ventilação natural . ( mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência e conforto ) Super recomendo e de todos os hotéis que passei por Tulum o que mais me identifico é o Panamera ! Pretendo voltar com certar !!! Obrigado a toda equipe pelo carinho e atenção !

Hotel Panamera is such a gem on Tulum Beach. The design is beautiful—the checkered pool is a total highlight—and the rooms are cozy and stylish. The food is amazing (the tacos are a must-try), and the rooftop bar is perfect for sunsets. I loved the daily yoga and the chill but vibrant vibe. The staff were super friendly and made the stay even better. Honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve stayed at in Tulum!

Amazing hotel really good facilities and Jessica, Ricardo y Santiago were Great with their services and attention. I will recommend the hotel and I will comeback again

A great hotel on the beach front, loved the morning yoga on the beach. The grilled fish offer from their restaurant at the weekends is fantastic. My only request is that the room has more surfaces like a small table to put things on. With the limited surfaces we had to use the minibar to put things like a hand bag and small personal items.

The onsite restaurant and room service had Amazing food. The staff is constantly helping you almost like a big resort but w that much cooler and more local vibe. It was honestly so nice.

Superschön und sehr gepflegt ist der Außenbereich.Tolle sunbeds und Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen stehen am Strand bereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Eingang unten. Man hat den Eindruck die Wände sind aus Papier. Sehr hellhörig und keine gute Abdunkelung des Zimmers möglich. Wenn man kein Auto hat ist man auf die überteuerten Preise, der Hotels und Bars angewiesen. Wir sind jeden Tag zum Frühstück und Abendessen nach Tulum reingefahren. Der Weg dahin ist mühselig
