Our stay at Riad Enchanté was absolutely wonderful. The riad was beautiful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Khalid, Omar, and Esham were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the souk and key tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

I have nothing bad to say about Riad Enchante. All staff members were so welcoming and accommodating. Felt like my own home. So clean and spacious. My husband requested for extra eggs every morning and the staff were able to accommodate. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent location and just a beautiful home and ambiance. Definitely coming back inshallah.

This was a memorable experience.
The service was fantastic.
The room was very comfortable. However, was a little dark, the tv didn’t work, and there was just a curtain separating the bathroom.
The breakfasts were pleasantly surprising, a great choice of local breads, cakes, yoghurt, fruit juice, tee and coffee, delivered to your table.
The riad was quite hard to find - the entrance to Derb Habib Allah is off a busy street - and from there continue down the narrow street looking out for the ‘Riad Enchanté’ signs on the walls. You’ll turn right and left several times before arriving at the door of the riad. Please note that this walk can be very off-putting to many travellers, especially at night time, although we never felt too uncomfortable or threatened in any way.
The rooftop is very pleasant for relaxing.

We spent 3 nights at the Enchante and it was perfect. A couple of hundred meters from the souk, yet peaceful and quiet. A little oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of town. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace making a perfect start to the day. The owners were really helpful organising a trip to a local spa and were always on hand with helpful tips. I'd highly recommend this Riad.

Hussein and Khalid were excellent hosts. They were very personalized and very pleasing. The riad had a great location, but know that it is in the medina where no cars can go. I highly recommend to arrange a hotel transfer from airport to hotel thru Riad Elchante so that there will be a coordinated arrangement for the car and bag porter that will walk you into the maze in the medina. Do this especially if you are arriving at night. Once in the medina, it is a great and safe experience. Great breakfast and roof top too. I would recommend this.

We had a great time at Riad Enchante. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays by staying five nights at the riad. The house manager, Hussein (spelling may not be correct), consistently met our needs. They even arranged a special birthday dinner for us on the rooftop.

호스트와 스태프 모두 친절하고, 청소 상태 청결하고 아침 식사도 맛있음. 전통 리아드라 방에 빛이 잘 들지않으니 방 예약할 때 창문 있는 방을 요청하길 추천함. 위치가 외진 골목 안에 있어서 혼자 여행하는 사람에게는 적합하지 않음. 밤에 도착하는 분들은 공항 셔틀서비스 신청하는 걸 추천함. 메디나 골목 안쪽이라 차를 타려면 5분 이상 걸어나와야 함. 길 안내한다는 동네 아저씨들은 안내 후 돈을 요구하니 구글맵 사용하면 된다고 꼭 거절해야 함.

We were well looked after by our super and friendly staff. Very very friendly and most helpful!
Khalid very kindly took us on a tour to the Atlas Mountains in his own time! He looked after us so well! Both Khalid and Hussein, who are front of house, were always willing to assist and guide us.
The food was really lovely - breakfast each morning a special treat!
We had an evening meal the night we arrived (very late!) and it was by far the tastiest Moroccan meal!
We arranged for airport transfers through Hussein via email beforehand, and these were arranged for us. It would be difficult without their assistance to find the Riads in general.
We had a superb time and would highly recommend Riad Enchanté.

This Riad is conveniently situated within the medina, close to all the souks.
Our room was lovely and cleaned daily; gorgeous roof terrace with views of the mountains.
The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast provided is fantastic. I’d also recommend the evening meal which was beautifully presented and one of the best during our stay.
They sort out all the travel to and from the airport and also any trips you have planned.
Thoroughly recommended, we’ll be back!
