The team at Enchante were incredible - their attention to detail and making us so welcome was fabulous. From arranging airport pickup to welcome / orientation / sightseeing tips and hospitality they could not be faulted. We had to leave at 4am and , yes, of course they prepared a light breakfast for us as well as arranging a porter for our luggage and transport to the airport. Sunset on the rooftop dining area was a lovely end to the day. Thank you Illyas and all your team - we will never forget our Marrakesh experience.

Located right where we wanted to be and just far enough away to be quiet. Room was great but what made the stay 5 stars was the staff. The two college age guys that ran the place (wish I could remember their names) treated us like old friends that came into town and made our time in Marrakech that much more special. They went above and beyond ensuring we knew where to go, what to do, and of course our bellys were full even when theirs were not due to Ramadan, and when they could eat invited us to join them for their iftar. If you've read this far into my review, stop searching and stay here. They will answer any questions or concerns you have about the area and ensure you have a great time in Marrakech, my wife and I sure did!

The Riad Enchante was a pleasant place to stay. The hosts were helpful with every aspect of our stay. It is a very good idea to have someone pick you up at the airport because it would not be an easy place to find on your own. I even got lost a couple of times after I knew where it was. When someone saw that I was lost they offered to help me find the Riad, but then they wanted to be paid for pointing me in the right direction. So that part of my stay I didn't appreciate, but that was no fault of the Riad Enchante. To get to the Riad, it is a few twists and turns off of the main shopping area. If you are by yourself walking, it doesn't feel very safe, but I felt fine as long as I wasn't walking alone. Once in our Riad, I felt totally safe, comfortable and well taken care of and there is someone there to help you 24/7. We had to leave very early in the morning to go on a hot air balloon ride, and then the next morning we had to leave very early to get to the airport, so we weren't able to try their breakfast, but they kindly made us something to eat when we got back from our hot air balloon ride. My husband broke his sun glasses at the last minute and they lent us their sun glasses to go on our balloon ride. They really tried to help us in any way they could. It was much appreciated.

The property is in a very good location for exploring Marrakesh but tucked away in a quiet alley. Small but perfectly formed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Habib was very attentive and make some great recommendations for us to explore. He arranged taxis to and from the airport and a guide to explore the Souks. Hisham was also very helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable about Marrakesh. This property is a little gem and j would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at the Riad Enchante. The Riad is beautifully restored, well located and walkable to everywhere in the Medina. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and shower. Very clean and well maintained, our room was cleaned daily. My favorite thing about this Riad was the amazing included breakfast on the rooftop with a great view of the city, as well as the excellent service. Everyone working there was exceptionally nice, accommodating, and helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke multiple languages fluently. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience staying at this authentic Riad where tradition meets comfort. The rooms and common spaces are very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or relax after exploring the city. Breakfast is served with amazing selection of local breads, eggs, fruit and yogurt. Both hosts were super attentive and pleasure to deal with. We loved it !

Wonderful Riad in the heart of the Medina near The Secret Garden. The Riad staff are helpful and friendly. They really made our stay feel special I can’t praise them enough. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and it was plentiful! Highly recommended

Great hotel in the heart of the old town. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The room was comfortable while giving you an authentic Moroccan experience.

Our stay at Riad Enchanté was absolutely wonderful. The riad was beautiful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Khalid, Omar, and Esham were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the souk and key tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

I have nothing bad to say about Riad Enchante. All staff members were so welcoming and accommodating. Felt like my own home. So clean and spacious. My husband requested for extra eggs every morning and the staff were able to accommodate. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent location and just a beautiful home and ambiance. Definitely coming back inshallah.

This was a memorable experience. The service was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. However, was a little dark, the tv didn’t work, and there was just a curtain separating the bathroom. The breakfasts were pleasantly surprising, a great choice of local breads, cakes, yoghurt, fruit juice, tee and coffee, delivered to your table. The riad was quite hard to find - the entrance to Derb Habib Allah is off a busy street - and from there continue down the narrow street looking out for the ‘Riad Enchanté’ signs on the walls. You’ll turn right and left several times before arriving at the door of the riad. Please note that this walk can be very off-putting to many travellers, especially at night time, although we never felt too uncomfortable or threatened in any way. The rooftop is very pleasant for relaxing.

We spent 3 nights at the Enchante and it was perfect. A couple of hundred meters from the souk, yet peaceful and quiet. A little oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of town. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace making a perfect start to the day. The owners were really helpful organising a trip to a local spa and were always on hand with helpful tips. I'd highly recommend this Riad.

Hussein and Khalid were excellent hosts. They were very personalized and very pleasing. The riad had a great location, but know that it is in the medina where no cars can go. I highly recommend to arrange a hotel transfer from airport to hotel thru Riad Elchante so that there will be a coordinated arrangement for the car and bag porter that will walk you into the maze in the medina. Do this especially if you are arriving at night. Once in the medina, it is a great and safe experience. Great breakfast and roof top too. I would recommend this.
