호스트와 스태프 모두 친절하고, 청소 상태 청결하고 아침 식사도 맛있음. 전통 리아드라 방에 빛이 잘 들지않으니 방 예약할 때 창문 있는 방을 요청하길 추천함. 위치가 외진 골목 안에 있어서 혼자 여행하는 사람에게는 적합하지 않음. 밤에 도착하는 분들은 공항 셔틀서비스 신청하는 걸 추천함. 메디나 골목 안쪽이라 차를 타려면 5분 이상 걸어나와야 함. 길 안내한다는 동네 아저씨들은 안내 후 돈을 요구하니 구글맵 사용하면 된다고 꼭 거절해야 함.

Very nice Riad with perfect location in the heart of the Medina. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Great and tasty breakfast!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war hübsch eigerichtet und sauber, nur ein bisschen dunkel. Der Hof des Riad und die Dachterrasse waren sehr gemütlich, besonders der Jacuzzi. Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

We had an excellent stay at Riad Enchante. The staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. The rooms were very comfortable and kept spotless with daily housekeeping. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the rooftop while watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful views over the city — a truly special experience.The riad is perfectly located in the Medina, just a short walk from many of Marrakech’s main attractions. The staff also assisted us with arranging transfers, which we strongly recommend, as the riad can be somewhat difficult to locate independently. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Clean and wonderful staff, they made the spa ready at the roof top every morning and evening. Great breakfast with omelet.

We enjoyed the hospitality of the team at Riad Enchante. We scheduled a pick up from the train station upon arrival with a porter guiding us to the Riad within the Medina- thank goodness too many turns then down a secret passage. We also arrange for same assistance for our departure to the airport. The room was Nice, clean with daily housekeeping services and a free breakfast yummy! We also enjoyed a rooftop dinner-Delicious! Kaleet, Bribe & Illyas were very helpful with directions, attention to helping us in any way possible

The entire Riad was spotless. The breakfasts were out of this world. The staff at this Riad went out of their way on a daily basis to see that our every need was met. I can not stress enough just how wonderful the hosts were. Our stay was amazing and when we return we will absolutely stay at this Riad again if it is available. Perfect location close to everything yet very quiet.

The Staff are amazing, supportive and friendly! Super shoutout to Khalid, Ilyas and Fatima! The breakfast was so great and we stayed for dinner for one evening! Best meal we have in Marrakech! They were very helpful with transfers. Will definitely recommend this riad.

The team at Enchante were incredible - their attention to detail and making us so welcome was fabulous. From arranging airport pickup to welcome / orientation / sightseeing tips and hospitality they could not be faulted. We had to leave at 4am and , yes, of course they prepared a light breakfast for us as well as arranging a porter for our luggage and transport to the airport. Sunset on the rooftop dining area was a lovely end to the day. Thank you Illyas and all your team - we will never forget our Marrakesh experience.

Located right where we wanted to be and just far enough away to be quiet. Room was great but what made the stay 5 stars was the staff. The two college age guys that ran the place (wish I could remember their names) treated us like old friends that came into town and made our time in Marrakech that much more special. They went above and beyond ensuring we knew where to go, what to do, and of course our bellys were full even when theirs were not due to Ramadan, and when they could eat invited us to join them for their iftar. If you've read this far into my review, stop searching and stay here. They will answer any questions or concerns you have about the area and ensure you have a great time in Marrakech, my wife and I sure did!

The Riad Enchante was a pleasant place to stay. The hosts were helpful with every aspect of our stay. It is a very good idea to have someone pick you up at the airport because it would not be an easy place to find on your own. I even got lost a couple of times after I knew where it was. When someone saw that I was lost they offered to help me find the Riad, but then they wanted to be paid for pointing me in the right direction. So that part of my stay I didn't appreciate, but that was no fault of the Riad Enchante. To get to the Riad, it is a few twists and turns off of the main shopping area. If you are by yourself walking, it doesn't feel very safe, but I felt fine as long as I wasn't walking alone. Once in our Riad, I felt totally safe, comfortable and well taken care of and there is someone there to help you 24/7. We had to leave very early in the morning to go on a hot air balloon ride, and then the next morning we had to leave very early to get to the airport, so we weren't able to try their breakfast, but they kindly made us something to eat when we got back from our hot air balloon ride. My husband broke his sun glasses at the last minute and they lent us their sun glasses to go on our balloon ride. They really tried to help us in any way they could. It was much appreciated.

The property is in a very good location for exploring Marrakesh but tucked away in a quiet alley. Small but perfectly formed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Habib was very attentive and make some great recommendations for us to explore. He arranged taxis to and from the airport and a guide to explore the Souks. Hisham was also very helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable about Marrakesh. This property is a little gem and j would highly recommend it.
