Excellent hotel with helpful, friendly staff, immaculate and spacious climate controlled-rooms. Great gym for working out using machines, free weights, treadmills. Nice location for shopping and wondering around Thamel area. Arranged early check in which I really appreciated after flying from West Coast for many hours. Hotel arranged ride from airport at reasonable price. Buffet breakfast with wide assortment of foods. Restaurant portions were generous and satisfying. I’d go back here if ever in Kathmandu again.

I had my text message from the hotel stating it would be $50 extra which I agreed to. Lady at the desk had to see the text. Take a screen shot and make a phone call to get approval. Rest of the stay was fine.

All good. good location, clean neat and comfortable. I love to stay here whenever I come to Kathmandu. one poor thing I experienced was the breakfast. overall the quality and the dishes were poor. didn't have much to eat which is sad and I needed to have breakfast as this was for business trip.
