타멜거리 중간에 위치하여 입지가 좋고 깨끗함 객실과 친절한 직원들, 스파가 최고수준의 시설과 서비스를 갖췄음. 단 카트만두 물가와 호텔 컨디션대비 꽤높은 가격대라도 생각함. 스파도 1시간에 7500루피수준으로 물가대비 굉장히 고가임

All good. good location, clean neat and comfortable. I love to stay here whenever I come to Kathmandu. one poor thing I experienced was the breakfast. overall the quality and the dishes were poor. didn't have much to eat which is sad and I needed to have breakfast as this was for business trip.

I cannot hide uncomfortable. It was a worst of worst hotel in my biz trip for 10 years. I cannot say all things but I would like to say 1 case. After checking out, your employees working on Ground floor, They asked me "did you check out? did you check out?" Every employees asked me like that even hotel guard did.! ( I heard that 6 times) Why should I answer to them? Did you worry about running away not pay? I really wanted to scream "Fxcking Aloft". I have stayed 3 weeks and expected better services before reservation because the Aloft hotel was not cheaper than other good hotel such as Marriot, Ambassodor even Hyatt. However, the swimming pool was like decoration. Nobody swim there. The complex "Chaya", there was almost empty. Nowhere can enjoy. Can you image? that I had to call front every night to turn of the heater.! Change the AC and Heating System. Furthermore, there was no any advantage to long term guest. I wanted to extend just couple of days but you did not accept same price. I paid about 500 USD just for 2 days in small room. It can be variance with my expectation but I think you could consider. Only Bartender gave good image to me. I never never ever visit Aloft again and share everything to our local community.

This is average hotel . Only good thing is this is middle of market .rest parameters are not Marriott standard.

Very pleasant stay. Nice clean and decent sized room. The gym is amazing with all the equipment you may want.

Very comfortable and swimming pool was amazing. I am very impressed by the hospitality.

Quite expensive, has serious hygiene problems and it's generally poorly kept. Find somewhere else.

Nice hotel location walkable to Durban sq. Lovely staff. Nice bar with pool table though a bit expensive. Lots of bars and restaurants around

Staff are lovely. Location is great. 20 minute walk to durbar sq. Bar staff very nice it’s a bit expensive but nice for a night cap and a game of pool. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking. Great housekeeping. Would recommend.

This hotel is a pleasant choice in the heart of Thamel. The room was lovely, very clean with a comfortable bed and a well-chosen breakfast. The bar serves drinks, snacks and food and there was a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant on the H floor had a lovely music in the evening. Very helpful staff. It is an excellent option for a stay in Kathmandu.

Great location, close to UNESCO heritage, can walk outside and so much choices of shops and restaurants. Safe area. Comfortable to walk around. The hotel is very nice, clean and staff are so helpful and friendly. Will recommend the hotel.
