I cannot hide uncomfortable.
It was a worst of worst hotel in my biz trip for 10 years.
I cannot say all things but I would like to say 1 case.
After checking out, your employees working on Ground floor,
They asked me "did you check out? did you check out?"
Every employees asked me like that even hotel guard did.! ( I heard that 6 times)
Why should I answer to them? Did you worry about running away not pay?
I really wanted to scream "Fxcking Aloft".
I have stayed 3 weeks and expected better services before reservation because the Aloft hotel was not cheaper than other good hotel such as Marriot, Ambassodor even Hyatt.
However, the swimming pool was like decoration. Nobody swim there.
The complex "Chaya", there was almost empty. Nowhere can enjoy.
Can you image? that I had to call front every night to turn of the heater.! Change the AC and Heating System.
Furthermore, there was no any advantage to long term guest.
I wanted to extend just couple of days but you did not accept same price. I paid about 500 USD just for 2 days in small room.
It can be variance with my expectation but I think you could consider.
Only Bartender gave good image to me.
I never never ever visit Aloft again and share everything to our local community.
