A pleasant stay at the hotel ,it is handy for lots of shops,cafes and bars.The hotel is very clean and tidy,bright decor ,nice bathroom.Room was on the 4th floor lots of steps to climb,will definitely book this hotel when visiting Amsterdam again next year,will request a room on a lower level.

Really couldn't fault the hotel. Staff very welcoming and room very clean. Ideal location and plenty of restaurants and bars around it.

The room was very small, it was on the top floor with no elevator. It was very cold in the room. No extra pillows or blankets. No closet, no space in the bathroom to hang. The shower has no curtain or door so there is no way to take a shower without flooding the entire room. They also ask you to close the door bathroom door close when taking a shower to avoid triggering the fire alarm.
On top of all that they asked for a much greater city taxes than Hotels.com listed when we booked and said that Hotels.com are simply wrong and there is nothing they can do about it.

Bonjour, je déconseille fortement en raison des punaises de lit.
J’ai des boutons et des démangeaisons dans tout le corps.
Je me suis plainte le lendemain, le réceptionniste m’a dit pourquoi vous n’avez pas appelé la réception la nuit….
J’ai changé de chambre mais le mal est fait.
Ce n’est pas normal de proposé ce type de chambre.
Cela devrait être interdit.
A mon arrivée obligée de laver tous mes vêtements à plus de 60 degré et à la vapeur pour ne pas être infesté.

Odada bavul açacak bile yer yok. Banyo temiz ve yeni. Klima yok. Üstten açılan küçük bir cam var. Odada havalandırma yok. Küçük toz içinde bir vantilatör var. Asansör yok. Merdivenler çok dar. Resepsiyonda sabah 7-12 arası ücretsiz kahve var deniyor ama makina hep arızalı. Konumu güzel. Red light bölgesine yürüyerek 20 dk. 1 dk mesafede tramway durağı var. Otelin karşısında bar olduğu için sabah 4 e kadar çok gürültülü oluyor. Çarşaflar kirliydi. Ertesi gün odamıza girip yatakları toplamışlar ama çarşaflar aynıydı.

La insonorizacióm de la habitación es horrible. Por las noches hay mucho ruido de la calle, de los bares y discoteca que hay abajo. En la mesita ya nos dejaron sin decir nada unos tapones para los oidos.

L'albergo è in ottima posizione, la camera 102 (quadrupla) è al piano terra quindi non ci sono scale da fare. Pulito e silenzioso. Lo raccomando.

My husband and I were very disappointed in this hotel. We got to the hotel late due to train issues, got our room and the second we walked in to our room we both started streaming sweat it was so hot. There was no air conditioning and you could clearly hear the noise from the club across the street and it was 11:00 at night when you opened a window to try to cool the room. The room looked NOTHING like the photos, it was much smaller and the bed was not comfortable. After about 5minutes of discussing what to do we left the room and went downstairs and asked for a refund and spent the night at the train station until we could get into another hotel the next morning. Absolutely awful experience and would not recommend in any way.
Bottom line the room was not livable and there was zero chance of actually getting any sleep.

Mis-advertised an airport shuttle, did not respond to 3 seperate email enquires about a shuttle. 5 stories tall and no lift. Very low ceiling on top floor, which at 6'1" led to a pretty hard hit on the head. Bathroom sink was clogged and leaked. No air-conditioning. Hilton prices and less than super 8 quality.
Good location though.. The bars next door and across the street are amazing.

Onze kamer was erg klein en er was nauwelijks plaats voor onze koffer. Jammer dat er geen ontbijtfaciliteiten of samenwerking met een restaurant voor een ontbijt is.
Personeel kan iets sneller inspelen als je alleen je koffer wilt ophalen, terwijl een medewerkster met het inchecken van 4 personen bezig was.
