Holiday Inn Express Utrecht - Papendorp, an IHG Hotel

Eenvoudig doch goed hotel. Prima kamer, goed bed, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ook het ontbijt was erg goed. Wel een beetje gehorige kamer door een of ander apparaat buiten (?).

Mooie schone en nette kamers met goede bedden. Het is stil in het hotel wat erg prettig is .

Nice staff. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good.

gutes bett, sauberes bad, frosse dusche, kleiner tv, gutes wlan (upload koennte besser sein), ruhiges zimmer, freundliches personal, hilfsbereit, europ. fruehstueck (leider kein spiegleei oder rúhrei, "nur" gekochte eier), etwas eng und unguenstige anordnung am fruehstuecksbuffet, aber durchaus ein gutes fruehstueck, auch joghurt und muesli, parken geht nur in hotelgarage,auf den iegenden strassen geht es nicht u d nichts in laufweite, ueber p+r gute anbindung auch nach amsterdam

redelijk hotel voor kort zakelijk verblijf. Eten in restaurant was niet best. Kwam nogal voorgekookt over.

Un hotel che già conoscevo: camere confortevoli insonorizzate e letti molto comodi. Il personale è gentile e anche se non si trova in centro, è raggiungibile tramite bus in 10 minuti. La colazione a buffet è sempre inclusa nel prezzo e questo è un ottimo confort.

Großes, klassisches Holiday Inn Zimmer. Sehr sauber, großes Bad. Bequemes Bett, keinerlei störenden Nebengeräusche wahrgenommen. Optimal für eine Übernachtung,Frühstück einfach, aber absolut ausreichend, alles vorhanden. 5min zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle, sehr schnelle Verbindung in die Stadt ( auch abends bis in die Nacht Verbindung zurück!) Leider keine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos, eher ungewöhnlich für Holland. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten!

Verblijf was op zich prima. Wel de kleinste televisie ooit, en wat andere minder praktische dingen. Geen handgreep aan de binnenkant van de douchedeur, en om de wc door te trekken moet je eerst de deksel dicht doen.

This was a lovely place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Room was great! Very spacious. Bed was comfy. We stayed 4 days Convenient to bus that took us straight to station. 10/10 from me for sure

Nice and clean

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Utrecht, I found the experience to be quite pleasant overall. The hotel boasts a modern design with clean and spacious rooms, which contributed to a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing helpful recommendations for local dining options and ensuring that my needs were met throughout my visit. Pros: - Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The accommodations were well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and modern amenities, including a good shower and free internet access. - Friendly Staff: The reception team was welcoming and eager to assist, enhancing the overall experience. - Convenient Amenities: The hotel offers bike rentals, which is a great way to explore the area. However, one notable drawback was the lack of outdoor seating areas for guests. While the interior of the hotel was inviting, it would have been nice to have designated spaces outside where guests could relax or smoke. This absence made it difficult for those who enjoy spending time outdoors or need a place to unwind outside of their rooms. In summary, while the Holiday Inn Express Utrecht provided a solid stay with its modern facilities and attentive service, incorporating outdoor seating areas would significantly enhance the guest experience.

This hotel, while somewhat out of the way, was still fairly convenient with the bus stop right near by. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, but we found the temperature in the room would go from too hot to too cold. But other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I’d stay there again.

Safe space and nice hotel but the location is far, some buses are not working after 6/7 PM and you end up with few options in terms of transportation.

The hotel is in the business area. Doesn’t have AC.

This charming 3 star hotel was a delight. It is off the beaten track, but the charm is in the seclusion and the peaceful surroundings. However, pedestrians are well catered for by buses which are a short walk from the hotel. Utrecht Center and the Railway station can be reached in around 10 to 12 minutes. The room was small - but adequate for a single person. Very quiet and very clean - as were the corridors. The bed was sumptuous, and the towels and linen were spotless. Shower and bathroom were immaculate. Larger individuals will have no trouble moving around in the shower as it was very spacious. The shower floor can be very - very slippery when wet - alleviated by standing on a towel. The room did feature a kettle, but was without a fridge. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Windows were fixed - with a narrow side panel which can be opened to let in fresh air. However, the room temperature can be regulated. I had a wonderful two night stay here.
