Located in a gem of a neighbourhood and surrounded by some of the best shops and restaurants. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful, the room are small but cozy, and there is the best cafe setup on the main level with warm lighting and free coffee. Best place to read and write.

The room was small but enough for one night stay. It was clean, there is free coffee at the reception area all day long. What impressed me the most was the receptionist: amazing lady, friendly, kind: she offered me a hairdryer as I was soking wet even thkugh I have checked out.

Second time staying here this year, this time solo. All I needed was a small room quiet, clean, simple, well located and just to take care of my basic needs in a comfortable manner. And that is exactly what I got. Mozart is located very conveniently in Amsterdam, two minutes walk to 2, 12. 17 trams; and is well priced in my opinion because they do not have a restaurant to support. However they have an industrial grade coffee/espresso machine and a small gathering of seating and tables to chill out in. Bring in a stroopwaffle for breakfast and enjoy some coffee before you head out. Appreciate the staff and overall condition and processes managed by the hotel. I will be back, thanks.

Çift olarak geldik , Oda çok küçüktü valiz bile açamadık Eşyalarımız yerleştirecek dolap bulunmuyordu ayrıca çift kişilik yatak olmasını istediğimiz halde iki tane tek kişilik baza birleştirilmiş ve rahat uyuyamadik sürekli yatak ayrılıyordu. İşletmenin personelleri güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. İşletmede Asansör bulunması büyük avantaj bölgedeki diğer otellerin çoğunda asansör bulunmuyor. Ayrıca çay kahve ücretsiz ve sınırsız olması keyifliydi.

It was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. However, the toilet had no cover, so when going to the bathroom it felt like everything would just fly everywhere. On top of that, the sink was clogged so the water would just sit in the sink for a while before finally draining.

I would not recommend this property at all. My room was extremely dirty with stains on the walls and carpet. The handles within the room and faucet in the sink were barely hanging on and there was dust on everything. If it wasn’t for the sheets being “clean”, I would not have stayed there. Additionally, all of the doors to the rooms have a quarter size hold directly under the handle. This is extremely unsafe and someone could use a coat hanger to easily open the door. Again, I would not recommend this place at all.

Close to dining , shopping, canal cruise, tour operators and tram.
The room was basic but we were satisfied and happy clean 😊 ☺ no bed bugs and tye blond lady receptionist was excellent.
Three ladies in one room mostly out all day so we had comfy sleep. Free coffee.!!! We will be back!!

There are lots of opportunities for you to get to easily. A couple of drawbacks, NO air conditioning (but they did have a fan in the room), Parking, if you plan on bring a car, don’t.

The hotel is in front of a canal but there’s several coffee shops around and the smell was unbearable. Windows at the hotel need to be updated with double pane windows to limit the noise.
