Efficient and friendly check in. Room and bathroom a bit cramped (where to open suitcase?). Great but pricey breakfast available. Nice bar. Amenities good. Good value. Very clean and up to date chain hotel. Although near train station, no noise when windows closed. Finding the driveway access was a bit tricky because of bicycle paths so dominant in Netherlands.

Fijn ontvangst, prima kamer en goed ontbijt. Perfect voor ons nachtje verblijf.

Echt een aanrader, top service en vriendelijk personeel.

Good clean hotel right next to the train station but don't let put you off the train station is one of the best in Netherlands Which is always clean and tidy just like the Mercure.Breakfast is very Good with hot bacon and eggs fruits and very good pastry,s it's in a very good location for the centre which can be walked in 5<>10 min The main bus stop is next to the train station making for easy access to the surrounding towns like Beek and Berg en Dal and Buinigen which are all worth a visit.Nice Hotel Friendly Staff .. Very noise due to proximity of train station. Extremely slow WiFi. Location is very central, good if you use public transportation, not so great if you arrive by car. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

Good location. Convenient for Metro/Rail transportation. Walkable to city center and Grote Market with plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants. Hotel facilities were good and staff were helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Fenster sind in einem veralteten Zustand, sodass man den Lärm von draußen hört. Für diesen Zustand ist das Hotel maßlos überteuert und der Service suboptimal. Ich kann von einer Buchung nur abraten!

Hotel was perfectly located and suitable for our stay. The room was spotless and the staff were very polite. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room didn’t work so we were up half the night hot and bothered.

Had a pleasant stay at Mercure. I was very pleased with the room. Very clean, it had a big, comfortable bed, a very practical desk, a small fridge, very generous closets, well placed TV, big windows equipped with curtains that totally block the sunlight. Breakfast, while expensive, offered many options (both vegan and non-vegan). Location is excellent, at walking distance from city center and connected to the Radboud University campus via line 10. I could hear the sound of trains, but it was never a problem.

In eerste instantie was ik in negatieve zin vooringenomen met betrekking tot dit hotel. Geheel toevallig was het hotel tijdens de Rammsteinconcerten bijna drie keer zo duur, als op het moment van boeken. Dat vind ik een goedkope manier van geld verdienen. Zorg dan op zijn minst dat je ook iets van extra waarde toevoegt. Denk aan een merchandisepakketje, een biertje in de minibar of een inbegrepen ontbijtje met een braadworst. De pluspunten hebben overigens veel goedgemaakt. De kamers zijn prima, hoewel ik lege minibars niet helemaal snap. Flesje water kan je de kop niet kosten. Alles is goed schoon, voldoende ruim en zowel de bedden als het beddengoed. Personeel is ook vriendelijk en de nachtportier was uiterst behulpzaam toen ik e.e.a. nodig had om schoon te maken op de kamer toen mijn neefje ziek was geworden. Keycard per persoon was ook super. Al met al geef ik een hogere beoordeling dan ik vooraf van plan was, omdat dat ook verdiend is, maar gelijktijdig denk ik dat er wel degelijk iets verbeterd kan worden.

Sehr freundliches Personal und Top-Lage. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahr gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Z.B. quietschte ein Aufzug sehr laut beim Öffnen und Schließen, der andere funktionierte gar nicht. Die Fenster sind überhaupt nicht isoliert und schließen schlecht, so dass man von draußen jedes Geräusch hört.

The location of Mercure City hotel is perfect, with easy access to train station (very short walk), buses and walking distance to Nijmegen center. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as I had training at Radboudumc. The hotel is clean, safe and has good food options for breakfast and dinner (during weekdays). I would definitely stay again at Mercure City Nijmegen Centre Hotel.
