Wij zijn 1 nachtje in dit hotel geweest.
De service was heel vriendelijk. Inchecken vlot en zeer behulpzaam. Bij vragen ook direct hulp. Hotel is mooi en netjes en het ontbijt volledig en lekker. Echt een heerlijk hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Erg bedankt voor dit fijne verblijf.

Great hotel - friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room. Wide choice at breakfast and food good quality. Easy walk into centre of Den Bosch across beautiful bridge. Very hard to find fault - stay here!

The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful. They left a handwritten, personal message in the room. The hotel is nice, clean and conveniently located. Only downside are the not so soundproof windows. You can hear the train passing.

Chambre avec vue en ville très brillante, on entend les gens qui rentrent tard et les trains. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyé tous les jours, nous avions payé une chambre triple et le personnel de l'hôtel a ajouté une lit supplémentaire avec un coût additionnel sans nous prévenir. Séjour un peu décevant vis à vis du prix de l'hôtel

For a Marriott I expect better room service. Fresh, clean cups and a bed made nicely every day. Some staff are highly friendly, but not all. Breakfast is expensive and lacking the choice for the money asked. Conveniently located close to train station and city center. No own parking.

Het minste wat je mag verwachten bij een hotel is een goed bed. Matras was zo ingedeukt dat je bijna van bed afrolt.
Verder geen roomservice, best vreemd voor een aan Marriott gelieerd merk.

Bedlinnen way too short for the matras. A small person of 1,60m would probably stay warm. For the average dutch guy that is not possible. Advice to management: buy bigger sheets and blankets.

Arrived at 9pm for check in (room was booked weeks ago) to find out they were “overbooked.” Was shuttled over to a “boutique” hotel down the road. Restaurant was closed. No TV in room. Very frustrating situation as my co-workers all had rooms at the actual Den. Would not book again.

The size of the room was small. Especially when the curtains were closed it was almost claustrophobic.

Zeer schone en ruime kamer. Erg fijn dat toilet en douche gedeelte afgesloten waren (tegenwoordig is dat deels open zodat er geen privacy is). Ontbij is standaard maar uitgebreid. Leuke rooftop bar.

Wat een fijn verblijf heb ik gehad bij The Den! Ik kon eerder inchecken en kon ook nog kiezen tussen een kamer met bad of douche. De kamer was super netjes en het hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling, ik kan het iedereen die een nachtje in Den Bosch wil overnachten aanraden.
