There is plenty to do for kids in this dinosaur-themed park. They'll have fun swimming in the warm pool, walking the windy interior roads or checking out the lake nearby.

Bunk beds are not stable, make lot of noise when they move . Fridge was dirty

Unser Motel war modern und sauber. Der Park selbst ist sehr für Kinder ausgestattet. Wir han die Unterkunft nur als Ausgangapunkt zur Erkundung von Rotorua genutzt. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Most excellent friendly service. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We booked a family two bedroom self contained unit for the nights. We were travelling with our three children under 6. The accommodation was so perfect for our family. We enjoyed using the heated pool and playground. We used the laundry and came home with minimal washing. The accommodation had tvs, oven, fridge, microwave and we borrowed a portacot and high chair. There was a vacuum cleaner & clothing racks. We didn’t need to take linen and there were even towels to use at the pool as well. It was a dream holiday! We will be back. We highly recommend for families!

I like the hot tub and the fact that they supplied robes. I was able to change my dates without a problem to arrive 1 day later. They had a coffee press! New Zealand and Australia don't use drip coffee. This is an awesome family place. Kitchen is not well stocked and room needs updating.

We had a wonderful time at this holiday park. The motel style room had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchenette. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in giving us tips on where to visit in Rotorua. The swimming pool was also nicely heated! All the dinosaurs around the park gave it a fun appearance!

Quiet location just out of Rotorua. Close to the Lake Rotorua. Staff were very friendly and informative. They booked events for us. Internet was difficult to get on and when we did get in we got bumped out several times.

We like this stay

At check in we were made to feel very welcome, it was quick & easy. Our room was immaculately clean & the only issue we had was the toaster which was resolved. Pool & spa were great. It was a little out of town which we didn’t mind and very affordable. Loved it!

It is the third time we have stayed here. The rooms are neat and tidy. They are so well maintained and are comfortable to be in. I love that we can see the playground from our cabin so the kids can go play at any time. The pool is heated and they have now added a slide into the pool. The staff are feiendly and very helpful. The dinosaurs are just a plus for my boys. The only negative about our whole stay would be getting from the pool to our house but thats mother natures fault. As a mother I highly recommend All Seasons Holiday Park (:

Location, Facilities and the Cleanliness of the park, second time there love it

Thought we had booked a family room so had to squeeze into a cabin but staff tried to assist us with change but all bookings arrived. Staff were lovely. Easy to find. Such an awesome environment for anyone with kids
